كنيسة مار نوهرا ومارت صوفيا - دملصا هي كنيسة بخوروسين تعود للعصر البيزنطيّ. تحوي الكنيسة على نقوش صلبانٍ وآثار جداربّات من القرون الوسطى. من هذه الكنيسة خرج البطريركان يوحنّا الدملصاوي في القرن الثامن وإرميا الدملصاوي (١٢٨٢-١٢٩٧). رُمّمت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٩٩. The Church of St. Nouhra (Logius) and St. Sophia - Dmalsa It is a double-choired church that dates back to the Byzantine era. The church holds cross engravings and the remains of medieval frescoes. From this church, two patriarchs were given to the Maronite community: Youhanna Dmolsawi in the VIIIth century and Ermia Dmolsawi (1282-1297). The church was restored in 1999.

كنيسة سيّدة الورديّة - حراجل

عام ١٧٢٢، بُنيَت كنيسة سيّدة الورديَّة على أنقاض معبدٍ وثنيّ. وفي العام ١٨٢١، بُنيَت كنيسةٌ أكبر حول الكنيسة القديمة. ولـمّا انتهى البناء هُدمَت الكنيسة القديمة، وكان ذلك في العام ١٨٦٢. العام ١٩٥٥ وُسِّعت الكنيسة وأُضيف عليها قسمٌ جديدٌ وأصبَحَتْ على ما هي عليه اليوم. اللوحة التصويريّة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي.

The church of Our Lady of the Rosary - Hrajel

In 1722 the first church was built over the ruins of a pagan temple. In 1821 a bigger structure surrounded the old church and totally replaced it in 1862. In 1955 the church took its final form. The painting over the main altar is the work of Kanaan Dib.

كنيسة مار سمعان العاموديّ - عوسطا

هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة. أُتِمّت بسعي رئيس الجمهوريّة آنذاك الشيخ بشارة الخوري في خمسينيّات القرن العشرين. نمط البناء بازيليكيّ بسيط، مع واجهة نيوغوطيّة. تتميّز الكنيسة بمذابحها الثلاث وجرن عمادها من الرخام الأبيض المنحوت، كذلك ثلاث لوحات تعود لمدرسة الأرت ديكو.

The church of St Simon the Stylite - Ghosta

The church is Ghosa’s parish church. It was built with the aid of then president Sheikh Bechara el Khoury in the fifties of the XXth century. Its style is basilical with a neo gothic facade. The church holds three ornate white marble altars and a baptistery, with three art deco paintings.

كنيسة سيّدة الدرّ - بشرّي
سيدة الدرّ أو الوريسة كان معبدًا فينيقيًّا تحوّل الى كنيسة في القرن الحادي عشر. بحسب الأب بطرس ضو "تحوّل هذا المعبد الى كنيسة، وكان يوجد فيه رسوم جدرانيّة من القرن الثاني عشر وتحتوي على أسماء القدّيسين باليونانيّة، مما يدلّ على أن الموارنة في وادي قاديشا كانوا حتى القرن الثالث عشر على اتصال بالحضارة البيزنطيّة". الكنيسة عبارة عن مغارة محفورة في الصخر ذات خوروسين، لعلّ جداريتها الأجمل هي الظهور الإلهيّ.

The church of Our Lady of the Milk - Bcharre

The church of Our Lady of the Milk or El Waryse is a Phoenician temple converted in the XIth century. According to the historian Fr. Boutros Daw: ”The shrine was converted into a fresco covered church in the XIIth century with the saints name written in greek, indicating that the Maronites in that era kept contact with the Byzantines”. The church consists of a man made cave with a double apse. The best kept fresco is that of the Epiphany over the altar.
