كنيسة سيّدة الإنتقال - تنورين الفوقا بُنيت هذه الكنيسة على أنقاض كنيسة أقدم تعود للقرن الثامن. بوشر البناء سنة ١٨٧٠ وتمّ سنة ١٩٢١ فكانت أكبر كنيسة في لبنان آنذاك. رُمّمت سنة ١٩٧٩ وأظهر الترميم العقد المصنوع من خشب الأرز. سنة ١٩٩٦ إستُقدمت الساعة من إيطاليا.The church of Our Lady of Assumption - Tannourin el FawqaThe church was built over an older church dating back to the VIIIth century. The construction began from 1870 until 1921, becoming the biggest church in Lebanon at that time. The church was restored in 1979 and the cedar wood roof was revealed. A bell tower imported from italy was added to the structure in 1996.

سنة ١٨٥٩ حاز الأب دانيل الحدثي على قطعة أرضٍ قرب قلعة بعلبك من أمير المدينة سليمان حرفوش لبناء كنيسةٍ وأنطوش للرهبان. سنة ١٨٧٠ بُنيت الكنيسة وكُرّست وأصبحت الرعيّة المارونيّة في المدينة. الكنيسة كناية عن عقدٍ سريريّ إسمنتيّ مسقوفة، ولوحة السيّدة من عمل داود القرم. هُجّر الأنطوش خلال الحرب اللبنانيّة من سنة ١٩٨٤ إلى سنة ١٩٩٥. عندما عاد الرهبان إليه رمّموا الأنطوش والكنيسة ليستمرّ بمهامه الرعائيّة.

The presbytery of our Lady of Perpetual Help - Baalbek

In 1859, Father Daniel Al-Hadathi acquired a piece of land near the Citadel of Baalbek from the governor of the city, Suleiman Harfush, to build a church and a presbytery for the monks. In 1870, the church was built and consecrated, and it became the Maronite parish in the city. The church is basilical with one nave and a crib concrete vault. The painting of the lady is drawn by Daoud Al Qorm. The presbytery was abandoned during the Lebanese war from 1984 to 1995. When the monks returned, they restored the buildings so that they could continue their pastoral duties.

يَعود إنشاء الدّير الى العام ١٧٨٠، يوم أوقَفَ الشَيخ ميلان ضِرغام الخازن، كُلَّ ما يَملُكَه لإنشاء دير تمّ بناؤه سنة ١٧٨٣. إتَخَذَه المُطران أنطون الخازن، مقراً لأبرَشيَّة بَعلبك. عام ١٨١٨، خُصِّصَ الدّير للراهِبات المُحَصَّنات، من جُملة الأديرة السِتّة التي خُصِّصَت للنِساء، ضِمن مُقَرَّرات مَجمَع اللويزة. وبَعدَ إنحِسار الدَعَوات النِسائية، هُجِرَ الدّير، وتَداعَت أبنيته، ولم يَبقَ مِنه إلا كَنيسته المَعقودة، التي ما زالت قائمة لتاريخه. تحوي الكنيسة لوحة صفدٍ مقدسيّة وبعض الأيقونات المحلية ولوحة البشارة، مع صلبوت (مجسّم للمصلوب) لرتبة السجدة. تضمّ الكنيسة مدفن المثلث الرحمات المطران أنطون نوفل حصن الخازن.

The Monastery of the Annunciation Baqloush - Sahel Alma

The construction of the monastery began in 1780 when Sheikh Milan Dergham el Khazen gave his possessions to build a monastery that was completed in 1783. Bishop Antoun el Khazen made it the episcopal residence of the bishops of Baalbeck. In 1818 the monastery was made one of the six nunneries for the contemplative maronite nuns by decree of the council of Louaizeh. The monastery fell into ruins after the nuns left, and only the church remained. The vaulted church holds a mother of peral inlayed icon with an agonizing crucifix, local icons and the painting of the Annunciation. The church also holds the sarcophagus of bishop Antoun Naufal el Khazen.
