كنيسة سيّدة الإنتقال - تنورين الفوقا بُنيت هذه الكنيسة على أنقاض كنيسة أقدم تعود للقرن الثامن. بوشر البناء سنة ١٨٧٠ وتمّ سنة ١٩٢١ فكانت أكبر كنيسة في لبنان آنذاك. رُمّمت سنة ١٩٧٩ وأظهر الترميم العقد المصنوع من خشب الأرز. سنة ١٩٩٦ إستُقدمت الساعة من إيطاليا.The church of Our Lady of Assumption - Tannourin el FawqaThe church was built over an older church dating back to the VIIIth century. The construction began from 1870 until 1921, becoming the biggest church in Lebanon at that time. The church was restored in 1979 and the cedar wood roof was revealed. A bell tower imported from italy was added to the structure in 1996.

على إثر أحداثٍ ألمّت بأهل بعبدات، إنضمّ العديد منهم إلى الكنيسة الغربيّة اللاتينيّة أواخر القرن التاسع عشر. تلبيةً لحاجاتهم الروحيّة ولأجل تأسيس رعيّة لهم، بنى الآباء الكبوشيّون ديرًا ومدرسةً سنة ١٩٠٠. زيّنوا الكنيسة بجداريّات بديعة على النسق الإيطاليّ السائد في تلك الفترة.

The monastery of St Anthony of Padua - Baabdate

After sectarian conflicts between the villagers of Baabdate, many of them joined the Roman Catholic Church in the late XIXth century. To serve them spiritually a congregation of Minor Friars built a house, a school, and a parish church in 1900. The church was decorated with Italian styled frescoes.

بُنيت كاتدرائية مار أسطفان على أنقاض كنيسةٍ أقدم عهدًا سنة ١٩١٠، يوم كانت المدينة في أوجّ نموّها. تتميّز الكاتدرائيّة أنّها تجمع الطراز النيوكلاسيكيّ والنيوبيزطيّ. مبنيّة على نمطٍ بازيليكيّ بثلاث أسواقٍ تنتهي بثلاث حنايا وفيها ثلاث مذابح. تحوي الكنيسة كرسيّ الأسقف، لوحة غربيّة الصنع لمار أسطفان، بيما للوعظ، وجرن للعماد ذات قبّة. واجهتها الغربيّة تطلّ على المرفأ وتتميّز بقبابها التي يتوسطها تمثال مار اسطفان.

St Stephen’s cathedral - Batroun

The cathedral was built over an older church in 1910, during the city’s economical peak. The chuch combines neoclassical and neo Byzantine styles, according to a basilical plan with three naves and three semi circular apses with altars. The cathedral holds the episcopal chair, a western painting of St Stephen, a pulpit, and a western style domed baptisimal font. The western facade of the church overlooks the city’s port, with two domes ans St Stephen’s statue between them.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس البادواني عين التنّور - ميروبا

هي كنيسة صغيرة ووقفيّة خاصة لآل الخازن. كرّسها المطران أنطون الخازن أواسط القرن التاسع عشر ككنيسة تابعة لدير بقلوش. تضم الكنيسة لوحة غربيّة لمار أنطونيوس وتاج من نقود غربيّة هي نذور المغتربين من أبناء البلدة. البناء قديم وهو عقد سريريّ ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة.
The church of St Anthony of Padua Ain el Tannour - Mayrouba

The church is a small private chapel for the Khazen family. It was consecrated by Bishop Antoun el Khazen in the mid XIXth century as a dependency of the monastery of Baqloush. The church holds a western painting of St Anthony and a rare crown made by coins presented as ex votos by the village’s first expats. The structure is old, consisting of a crib vault with a semi circular apse.
