كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الكبير القديمة - الرميلةهي كنيسة بعقدٍ سريريٍّ وحنية واحدة، تعود للقرون الوسطى. بدايةً بنى هذا المكان المسلمون الشيعة، بدليل إتجاه البناء نحو الجنوب وليس الشرق، كما هي عادة الكنائس. في القرن الثامن عشر، وبعد معارك مع الدروز ترك الشيعة البلدة وأسكنوا الموارنة مكانهم، وأعطوهم البناء فحوّلوه إلى كنيسةٍ على اسم مار أنطونيوس الكبير. تعرّضت الكنيسة للتخريب خلال الحرب الأهليّة اللبنانيّة سنة ١٩٨٥، ورمّمت في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين.The church of St Anthony the Great - RmeilehThe church is a medieval crib vaulted structure. In the beginning, the building was built by the Chiites, for this reason it is oriented to the south and not to the east like other churches. In the XVIIIth century the Chiites left the village after their battles with the Druze. The Maronites came along and settled in and were given the old shrine that was converted into a church dedicated to St Anthony the Great. The church was severely sabotaged during the Lebanese civil war in 1985, and it was renovated a decade later.

دير مار حوشب - لحفد

دير مار حوشب يقع شرقيّ البلدة. وهو عِبارة عن كَهف في الشير المُسمَّى شير العاميّة. بُنيَ الدير في القَرن الثاني عشر، إذ اختار البطريرك يوحنا اللِحفِدي أحد أساقفته الأربعة للإقامة فيه. وللدّير ثلاث صوامع متعلقة به وهي اليوم آثار.

The monastery of St Eusabius of Caesarea - Lehfed

The monastery is located in the eastern side of the village, like the old monasteries of the Qadisha valley. It is a cave inside a cliff called El Aamlyeh. The monastery dates back to the XIIth century, when Patriarch John of Lehfed appointed one of his four bishops as it’s head.

كنيسة مار جاورجيوس للروم الأرثوذكس - أنفه

هي الكنيسة الرئيسيّة في البلدة. إنتهت عمليّة البناء بشكلها الحاليّ في ١٧ أيّار ١٩٧٠. إنّ الموقع الذي بُنيت فيه الكنيسة، له تاريخ مهمّ في التّراث المسيحيّ للبلدة؛ ففي القرون المسيحيّة الأولى، كانت تلك المنطقة مليئة بالقبور المحفورة بالصخر، و بعد ذلك بُني في العهد البيزنطيّ كنيسة في الموقع، تتضارب المعلومات حولها، فالبعض يتحدّث عن وجود ديرٍ على اسم القدّيس جاورجيوس، و البعض الآخر يتحدّث عن ثلاث كنائس تحمل احداها اسم القديس جاورجيوس. سنة ١٩٥٤، قرّر راعي الأبرشيّة هدم البناء القديم و اقامة كنيسة كبيرة مكانه بإسم كنيسة القدّيس جاورجيوس. رُمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠٠٩ وزُيّنت بالجداريّات.

St George’s Greek Orthodox Church - Anfe

It is the main parish church of the village, consecrated on the 17th of may 1970. The site has paleo Christian roots as it was a stone necropolis. Later on, during the Byzantine era, a monastery of St George was erected on the site. According to other sources, three churches one of them dedicated to St George were on the site. In 1954 the local bishop decided to build a bigger church on the site and dedicate it to St George. The church was restored in 2009 and decorated with Byzantine frescoes.
