كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الكبير القديمة - الرميلةهي كنيسة بعقدٍ سريريٍّ وحنية واحدة، تعود للقرون الوسطى. بدايةً بنى هذا المكان المسلمون الشيعة، بدليل إتجاه البناء نحو الجنوب وليس الشرق، كما هي عادة الكنائس. في القرن الثامن عشر، وبعد معارك مع الدروز ترك الشيعة البلدة وأسكنوا الموارنة مكانهم، وأعطوهم البناء فحوّلوه إلى كنيسةٍ على اسم مار أنطونيوس الكبير. تعرّضت الكنيسة للتخريب خلال الحرب الأهليّة اللبنانيّة سنة ١٩٨٥، ورمّمت في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين.The church of St Anthony the Great - RmeilehThe church is a medieval crib vaulted structure. In the beginning, the building was built by the Chiites, for this reason it is oriented to the south and not to the east like other churches. In the XVIIIth century the Chiites left the village after their battles with the Druze. The Maronites came along and settled in and were given the old shrine that was converted into a church dedicated to St Anthony the Great. The church was severely sabotaged during the Lebanese civil war in 1985, and it was renovated a decade later.

كنيسة السيّدة - وادي جزّين

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أواخر القرن الثامن عشر وهي كنيسة صغيرة بسقف خشبيّ بهبة من الشيخ بشير جنبلاط. نجت هذه الكنيسة بأعجوبة من الخراب خلال أحداث ١٨٤٠ حين حاول المعتدون إحراق السقف الخشبيّ فلم يحترق وسنة ١٨٦٠ حين وريت بالضباب. سنة ١٨٩٠ أخذت الكنيسة شكلها الحاليّ، لكنّ البناء لم يكتمل إلّا سنة ١٩٠٣ بسعي أبناء البلدة في الأرجنتين. في الكنيسة لوحتان للسيّدة إحداهما تعود للقرن الثامن عشر، والأخرى تعود لسنة ١٩٠١ من عمل الياس الأسمر كرم.

The church of Our Lady - Wadi Jezzine

The first church was built in the XVIIIth century, it was a small church with a wooden ceiling, on a plot of land donated by Sheikh Bachir Joumblat. The church was miraculously saved from being burned in 1840, and was hidden by a thick fog from the eyes of the aggressors during the war of 1860. In 1890 the church took its final shape with a stone vaulted ceiling. the church was finally completed in 1903. The church holds two paintings of the Virgin Mary: an XVIIIth century icon , and another one from 1901 by Elias Asmar Karam.

كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.

كابيلّا القدّيسة ريتا - غادير

سنة ١٩٠٦ بنت عائلة خورشيد إيليان كابيلّا مدفنيّة على اسم مار بطرس وبولس، وكانت تابعة لكنيسة الأرمن الكاثوليك. سنة ١٩٨٩ إنتقلت ملكيّتها لوقف الورديّة، غادير، ورُمّمت. كرّسها الخورأسقف يعقوب الشمالي على اسم القدّيسة ريتا. سنة ٢٠٠٢ أُعيد ترميمها وأُضيفت إليها الباحة الخارجيّة. سنة ٢٠١٥ تمّ الاحتفال باليوبيل الفضيّ لتكريسها. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالب، بواجهة نيوكلاسيكيّة.

The Chapel of St. Rita - Ghadir

In 1906, the Armenian Catholic family Khorcheid Elian built a funerary chapel dedicated to Sts. Peter and Paul. In 1989, the chapel was purchased by the parish of the Rosary - Ghadir. It was then rededicated to St. Rita by Chorbishop Yaqoub Chemaly. In 2002, the chapel underwent restoration, and an external garden was added. In 2015, the chapel celebrated its silver jubilee. The structure features a crossed vault with a neoclassical facade.
