دُشّنت كنيسة سيّدة النجاة-القصيبة في عيد السيّدة سنة ١٨٨٣ بسعي وهمّة الخوري بطرس زيدان. تحتوي هذه الكنيسة على ثلاثة رسومات قيّمة لشفيعة الرعيّة (رسم داود القرم، ١٨٩٤) عليها كتابة: "من وجدني وجد الحياة ونال مرضاة الربّ" (أمثال ٨ /٣٥)، ومار مارون (رسم حبيب سرور، ١٩٢٣)، ومار بطرس(رسم جرجس عبدالله أبو جودة، ١٩١١).من الملفت وجود عين العناية الإلهية على بيت القربان، رمزًا قّل استخدامه بعد منتصف القرن التاسع عشر في الفن المسيحي بعدما أخذ دلالةً ماسونيّةً.رُمّمت الكنيسة في القرن الماضي وأُعيد تدشينها وتكريس المذبح الجديد في عيد السيّدة سنة ١٩٧٤.Our Lady of Deliverance Church QsaybehThe church was consecrated on the feast of Assumption of Mary year 1883 with the efforts of Father Boutros Zeidan. Three main paintings are hung in the three apses. On the main apse, stands that of the Assumption of the Lady, painted by Dawoud El Qorm in year 1894, with the verse :"For whoever finds me finds life, and wins favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 8: 35) written below the virgin. On the side apses, one can find a painting that depicts Saint Maroun drawn by Habib Srour in 1923, and another one depicting Saint Peter, a work by Gerges Abdallah Abou Jaoudeh, year 1911.What is remarkable is the presence of the Eye of Providence on the tabernacle, a symbol that was rarely used after the mid 19th century in Christian art for its relation with the Masonry.The Church was renovated in the past century, and the Altar was reconsecrated on the feast of the Assumption of the Lady year 1974.

كنيسة سيّدة اللوزة – حاقل

يعود بناء الكنيسة إلى القرن السابع للميلاد. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ سريريّ ينتهي بحنية. هي من أقدم الكنائس في لبنان، ويعود سبب تسميتها إلى رمزيّة اللوز في الكتاب المقدّس، فاللوزة هي أوّل شجرة تُزهر مُعلنة قدوم الربيع، وقد رأى الآباء في اللوزة رمزًا لإيمان مريم العذراء. كانت هذه الكنيسة منطلقًا للعلّامة إبراهيم الحاقلاني قبل ذهابه إلى روما سنة 1616، وللحاج سلهب الحاقلاني مؤسس دير سيّدة اللويزة – ذوق مصبح سنة 1682. تضمّ الكنيسة نقوشًا صليبيّة على الكلس، لوحة السيّدة من القرن السادس عشر، ونسخة أحدث عنها، مذبح أساسيّ رخاميّ يعود لسنة 1923، ومذبح خلفيّ خشبيّ.

The church of our Lady of Almonds - Haqel

The church was built in the VIIth century. The structure consists of a crib vault. It is one of the oldest churches in Mount Lebanon. The origin of the name Lady of Almond is Biblical, the almond tree being the first tree that blossoms announcing spring. Early Church fathers saw in the almond tree a symbol of the Virgin Mary. The church was the parish of Ibrahim Haqlany before he went to Rome in 1616, and the monk Salhab Haqlany founder of the monastery of Our Lady of Louaize Zouk Mosbeh in 1682. The church holds engravings dating back to the crusaders era, a XVIth century Marian icon and a latter replica, a main marble altar fron 1923, and a wooden altar at the end of the church.

كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.

بُنيت سنة ١٨٩٨ عندما اوقف يوسف روفايل جبّور ارض الملّاحة لبناء كنيسة. مؤلّفة من سوق واحدة مليّسة وهي من الحجر المصقوب المغطى بالقرميد. اللوحة من عمل سليم صليبا سنة ١٩٢٧.

The church was built in 1898 when Joseph Rafael Jabbour gave the land of Al Malaha to build a church. The church is a single nave built in yellow stone. The painting is the work of Salim Saliba dating back to 1927
