كنيسة مارت تقلا - المروجالكنيسة مبنيّة أوائل القرن الثامن عشر، تسلّمتها الرهبانيّة اللبنانيّة المارونيّة سنة ١٧٩٢، وكانت الكنيسة متهدّمة فرممّتها، وقامت بخدمة شركاء آل أبي اللمع المسيحيّين. سنة ١٨٢٩ وسّع الرهبان بناء الكنيسة التي أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٢٩: نمط بازيليكيّ مسقوف بسوقٍ واحد. للرهبانيّة أنطش بالقرب من الكنيسة تتابع من خلاله النشاط الرعويّ والرسوليّ. تضمّ الكنيسة العديد من اللوحات والأعمال الفنيّة القديمة والحديثة من مدارس مختلفة، أهمّها لوحة القدّيسة تقلا لحبيب سرور.The church of St Thecla - MroujThe first church was built in the early XVIIIth century, and was given as a donation to the Lebanese Maronite Order in 1792 to restore it and give pastoral care to the maronite subjects of the Abi Al Lamah lords. In 1829 the monks enlarged the church and it took its current form in 1929: a single roofed nave basilical plan. The Order built a presbytery near the church and serves the parish spiritual needs. The church is decorated with many old and new works of art from different schools, the most important being the painting of St Thecla behind the altar.

كنيسة سيّدة الساحة - البترون

شيّدت الكنيسة على أنقاض كنيسةٍ قديمةٍ نهاية القرن التاسع عشر. سعى في إتمامها آل عقل نظرًا لقرب دارتهم من الكنيسة، وكان ذلك لإستقبال البطريرك الياس الحويّك ابن حلتا البترونيّة ليقيم القدّاس فيها أثناء زياراته للمدينة. رممّت على مراحل خلال القرن العشرين.

أواسط القرن التاسع عشر حمت السيّدة شخصًا من آل ياغي من الغرق فنذر بناء كنيسةٍ لها في اليمونة. الكنيسة صغيرة بعقدٍ مصالبٍ. تشتهر هذه الكنيسة بكونها مقامًا عجائبيّّا يقصده المسيحيّون والشيعة للتبرّك.

The church of our Lady of Yammouneh - Yammouneh

In the mid XIXth century a man from the Yaghy clan was saved from drowning with the miraculous intercession of Our Lady. He dedicated himself to build a church in Yammouneh as an act of thanksgiving. The church is small with a crossed vault. The shrine is considered holy for both christians and Shias, and it is an important pilgrimage site for both religions.

كنيسة سيّدة الحصن - إهدن

في القرن السادس بنى الجراجمة الذين استوطنوا إهدن حصنًا على تلّةٍ مشرفةٍ على المدينة، على أنقاض هيكلٍ وثنيّ لِعَنَات إبنة إيل. جُعل الحصن كنيسةً على اسم العذراء مريم. سنة ١٢٨٣ خرّب المماليك الحصن، فأعاد الإهدنيّون بناؤه بعد ثلاث سنوات. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ سريريّ ينتهي بحنية، رمّم عدّة مرّات عبر تاريخه الطويل. الكنيسة تُعدّ مزارًا ومكان حَجٍّ يقصده المؤمنون للتبرّك. سنة ١٩٨٩ بنيت الكنيسة الجديدة.

The church of Our Lady of the Fort - Ehden

During the VIth century the Mardaites that came to Ehden built a fort with a small church over the ruins of an old pagan temple dedicated to Anaat daughter of Il. The church was dedicated to the Virgin Mary. In 1283 during the Mamluky raid the fort was sabotaged and rebuilt by the people of Ehden after three years. The structure is a small crib vault ending with an apse, it was renovated many times during its history. The church is considered a pilgrimage site. In 1989 a new church was constructed near the old one.
