بُنيت الكنيسة أوّلاً سنة ١٤٧٠ ورُمِّمَت سنة ١٧٧٦. هي الوحيدة في الشّرق التي تحمل شفاعة هذا القدّيس. الكنيسة ما زالت تُحافظ على الشَعريّة التي تفصل أماكن جلوس الرجال عن النّساء وهي مِن صُنعٍ مِصريّ تعود للقرن الثامن عشر. مذبح الكنيسة إكتُشف إبّان الترميم الأخير مِن سنة فرمِّمَ وأُعيد لبهائه الأصليّ. لوحة مار أوْتِل تعود لسنة ١٩٠٣. مار أوْتِل هو شفيع كفرصغاب إذ حماها من داء الطاعون، لذلك تُقيم البلدة تذكارًا رسميًّا لهُ في ٣ حزيران وتذكار هذه المعجزة في ٢٧ آب. كذلك مار أوْتِل هو شفيع المسافرين وإليه ينسب حماية بعض أبناء كفرصغاب من الغرق في سفينة التيتانيك سنة ١٩١٢.The church was first built in 1470 and restored in 1776. It is the only church in the east consecrated to St Awtel. The church still conserves the traditional wooden separator between men’s and women’s sitting place, made in Egypt in the XVIIIth century. The painting of St Awtel dates back to year 1903. The old altar was discovered a year ago during restoration. Kfarsghab celebrates two feasts of the saint on the 3rd of june and the 27th of august when the saint miraculously protected the village from the plague. St Awtel is also the patron of the travelers since he miraculously protected the Kfarsghaby passengers of the Titanic in 1912.

دير مار جرجس الأحباش - وادي قنوبين

الدّير عبارة عن كهفٍ طبيعيٍّ يقع في وسط الجُرف الصخريّ ويضمُ كنيسةً ومدفنًا وبعض القلالي. يتمّ الوصول إليه عبر درجٍ من الحجارة المنحوتة. بنى الدّير رهبان مونوفيزيّين جاؤوا من الحبشة في القرن الثاني عشر بقصد التنسك. الكنيسة كناية عن تجويفٍ طبيعيًّ حُفرت حنيتها على شكل عقدٍ مكسورٍ مُليّسة بالكلس، ومزيّنة برسومٍ جداريّة ذات أشكال هندسيّة تنتمي لفنّ الكنيسة الحبشيّة. في الكنيسة كذلك مذبح مربّع الشكل.

The monastery of St George of the Abyssinians - the valley of Qannoubine

The monastery is a natural cave in a cliff consisting of a church, a necropolis and some cells. It is accessible trough a carved stair. The monastery was built by Jacobite monks from Abyssinia during the XIIth century. The church is a natural cave with a carved apse covered by limestone gypson with a geometrical motif fresco from the Ethiopian art tradition, the church also has a squared altar.

كنيسة مار جرجس - القليعة
هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة. بُنيت سنة ١٩٠٠ بسعي الخوري عبدالله لاشين، وكرّسها المطران بطرس البستاني مطران صور وصيدا آنذاك. الكنيسة بازيايكيّة الطراز بثلاث أروقة، والعقد يجتمع بقبّة دائريّة مزيّنة بجداريّة المسيح الفادي محاطًا بالإنجيليّين الأربعة. اللوحة الأساسيّة من عمل داوود القرم. أمّا الكنيسة من الخارج فهي بالحجر المقصوب مزيّنة بلونين من الحجارة.

The church of St George - Qlayaa

The parochial church of the town, the church was built in 1900 with the efforts of Fr. Abdalla Lachin and dedicated by Mgr. Boutros el Boustany archbishop of Tyr and Sidon back then. The church follows a basilical floor plan with three naves, and a circular dome decorated with a fresco of Christ the Redeemer surrounded by the four evangelists. The main painting of St George is by Dawoud el Qorm. The facade of the church is a decorative alteration of two kinds of colored stones.

كنيسة مار سركيس وباخوس - طورزا

بُنيت سنة ١٤٧٠ بحسب تأريخ الشدياق انطونيوس العنطوري، وورد ذكرها كذلك مع البطريرك اسطفانوس الدويهيّ في تاريخ الأزمنة. البناء الحاليّ يعود لسنة ١٨٦٨، لكنّ الكنيسة رُممّت ووسّعت على عدّة مراحل. تتميّز الكنيسة بعقدها المصالب ذات اللونين وهو من حجر مقالع البلدة المحليّ. في سبعينيّات القرن العشرين أضاف أحد أبناء البلدة المغترين قبّة الساعة. تضمّ الكنيسة ثلاث لوحات للفنّان داوود القرم، أمّا الزجاجيّات فهي من عمل الأب عبده بدوي.

The church of Sts Sergius and Bacchus - Tourza

The church was built in 1470 according to the chronicles of the Subdeacon Antonyos El Aintoury, and it is also mentioned in Patriarch Stephen El Douaihy's "History of the Times". The current building dates back to 1868, yet the church was restored and enlarged on many occasions. The church consists of a crossed vault with two colors stones from the local quaries. During the seventies an emigrant donated the unique clock tower. The church holds three paintings from Dawoud Al Qorm dating back to 1892, and stained glass windows by Fr Abdo Badawi.
