دير مار فوقا - غلبون دير مار فوقا في أعالي بلدة غلبون يعود بناؤه إلى الحقبة البيزنطيّة في القرن السادس. مع مرور الزمن، أصبح الدير أطلالًا وعبثت فيه عوامل الطبيعة. بقي من البناء بقايا الكنيسة التي أخذت شكلها الحاليّ في القرون الوسطى. الكنيسة بسوقٍ واحد بدون سقف وبحنية دائريّة. The monastery of St Focas - Ghalboun The monastery of St Focas was built in the VIth century during the Byzantine era. With time the monastery became abandoned, the only remains were those of the church that took its shape in the middle ages. The church is a single nave structure with no roof and a semi circular apse.

شيّدت الكنيسة على أنقاض كنيسةٍ قديمةٍ نهاية القرن التاسع عشر. سعى في إتمامها آل عقل نظرًا لقرب دارتهم من الكنيسة، وكان ذلك لإستقبال البطريرك الياس الحويّك ابن حلتا البترونيّة ليقيم القدّاس فيها أثناء زياراته للمدينة. رممّت على مراحل خلال القرن العشرين.

The Church of Our Lady of the Saha - Batroun

The church is located in a town square hence its name "Al Saha". It was built in the late XIXth century over an older church. The sponsors of the construction project were the Akl family since their estate was nearby and they needed a chapel for Patriarch Elias El Howayek from Helta to say mass during his visits to the city. كنيسة تجلّي الربّ - غابة الأرز
بدأ البناء سنة ١٨٤٤ مع الخوري يوحنا شبيعا، بموجب مرسوم بطريركيّ في عهد البطريرك يوسف حبيش. أُكمل البناء على مراحل سنتي ١٩٣٦ و١٩٨٣، وُرمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. المذبح مصنوع من خشب الأرز المحفور من عمل الحرفيّ سليم أبي قبلان جعجع. أيقونة التجليّ تنتمي للمدرسة المقدسيّة.

The church of the Transfiguration of the Lord - The Cedar forest

The church was first built in 1844 by Fr Youhanna Shebaiaa, with a decree from Patriarch Youssef Hobeich. The construction was reworked in 1936 and 1983. The church was restored in 1990. The high altar is made of cedar wood by the craftsman Selim Abi Qabalaan Geagea. The icon of the Transfiguration is an issue from the school of Jerusalem.
