كنيسة مار جرجس: غلبون كنيسة القرية الأولى كانت تقع في محلّة الحوش. بعد توسّع القرية مع بداية القرن التاسع عشر، قرّر الأهالي بناء كنيسةٍ جديدةٍ مكان محبسة مار جرجس والتي كانت قائمة بدورها على أنقاض معبدٍ فارسيٍ. وواجهة الكنيسة الغربية ما زالت تحتفظ بشعار الإمبراطوريّة الفارسية، النمر وزهرة اللّوتوس.. أما المذبح القديم فقد إستقدمه الخوري بطرس أبي سليمان من روما، بواسطة البطريرك الياس الحويّك. ورُسمت على جدران الكنيسة أيقونات بريشة كنعان ديب الذي رسم أيقونة مار جرجس القديمة،سنة ١٩٠٤. سنة ٢٠٠٦ رُمّمت الكنيسة. The church of St George - Ghalboun The first parochial church was built in the Hawsh area. With the expansion of the village in the beguiling of the XIXth century the locals decided to build their new church over an old hermitage dedicated to St George. The hermitage was built over a Persian Achaemenid watch tower. The church’s western wall still holds a stone from the old tower with Achaemenid engravings: a tiger and a lotus. The church was decorated with frescoes and a painting of St George by Kanaan Dib in 1904. The old marble altar was brought from Rome by Fr. Boutros Abi Sleiman with the aid of Patriarch Elias Howeyck. In 2006 the church was restored.

بُنيت أواخر القرن الثامن عشر ، كان بقربها قلّاية، وهي كناية عن بيتٍ صغيرٍ مخصّصٍ لسكن الكاهن، نزل فيه الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع قائمقام النصارى في عهد القائمقاميّتين، وقد وقف الأمير الكثير من أرزاقه لهذه الكنيسة. والبناء كناية عن عقدٍ صغيرٍ مُصالبٍ ينتهي بحنية. تضمّ الكنيسة لوحةً غربيّة لمار جرجس.

The old St George’s church - Sarba

The Church was constructed at the end of the XVIIIth century. A "qelleye" - a small house meant for the priest's residence - was built near it. Prince Haider Abi Al-Lama', who served as the Christian Qaimqam during the Qaimqamiyat era in Mount Lebanon, stayed in the qelleye. He generously donated a significant portion of his livelihood to the church. The church's structure features a small crossed arch vault that culminates in an apse. Inside, there is a western-style painting of St George.

هي بقايا لكنيسةٍ أثريّةٍ مكرّسة على اسم مار إسطفانوس، بُنيت على أنقاض رومانيّة أواسط القرن الثاني أو الثالث عشر. تتميّز بشكلها الدائريّ.

أواسط القرن التاسع عشر حمت السيّدة شخصًا من آل ياغي من الغرق فنذر بناء كنيسةٍ لها في اليمونة. الكنيسة صغيرة بعقدٍ مصالبٍ. تشتهر هذه الكنيسة بكونها مقامًا عجائبيّّا يقصده المسيحيّون والشيعة للتبرّك.

The church of our Lady of Yammouneh - Yammouneh

In the mid XIXth century a man from the Yaghy clan was saved from drowning with the miraculous intercession of Our Lady. He dedicated himself to build a church in Yammouneh as an act of thanksgiving. The church is small with a crossed vault. The shrine is considered holy for both christians and Shias, and it is an important pilgrimage site for both religions.
