كنيسة سيّدة البشارة القديمة - درب السيمبنى الصليبيّون الكنيسة في القرن الثاني عشر بهندسةٍ دفاعيّةٍ، الكنيسة مؤلفة من سوقٍ واحدة بعقدٍ مصالبٍ. مع رحيل الصليبيّين أصبح البناء بيد مشايخ آل الجواد الشيعة الذين حافظوا عليه طوال قرون. مع قدوم الموارنة إلى البلدة في القرن الثامن عشر، أعاد لهم الشيخ منصور الجواد البناء، فأعادوا تكريس الكنيسة وبناء المذبح. خربت الكنيسة في أحداث ١٨٦٠ و١٩٨٥ ورمّمت مرّتين.لوحة سيّدة البشارة هي من محفوظات الكنيسة الجديدة، من عمل الرسّام أندريه نمّور.The old church of Our Lady of the Annunciation - Darb el SimThe church was built by the crusaders in the XIIth century. The structure consists of a single nave with a crossed vault, and many defensive elements. After the crusaders left, the structure was left with a feudal Shia family, the Sheikhs of Al Jawad. With the settlement of the Maronites in the village during the XVIIIth century, Sheikh Mansour Al Jawad gave them back the church. The Maronites reconsecrated it and built a new altar. The church was sabotaged during the wars of 1860 and 1985 and restored twice.The painting of the Annunciation is contemporary made by Andre Nammour.

كنيسة تجلّي الربّ - غابة الأرز
بدأ البناء سنة ١٨٤٤ مع الخوري يوحنا شبيعا، بموجب مرسوم بطريركيّ في عهد البطريرك يوسف حبيش. أُكمل البناء على مراحل سنتي ١٩٣٦ و١٩٨٣، وُرمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. المذبح مصنوع من خشب الأرز المحفور من عمل الحرفيّ سليم أبي قبلان جعجع. أيقونة التجليّ تنتمي للمدرسة المقدسيّة.

The church of the Transfiguration of the Lord - The Cedar forest

The church was first built in 1844 by Fr Youhanna Shebaiaa, with a decree from Patriarch Youssef Hobeich. The construction was reworked in 1936 and 1983. The church was restored in 1990. The high altar is made of cedar wood by the craftsman Selim Abi Qabalaan Geagea. The icon of the Transfiguration is an issue from the school of Jerusalem.

دير مار يوسف للآباء الكرمليّبن – بشرّي

تعود رسالة الآباء الكرمليّين في منطقة بشرّي إلى أواخر القرن السابع عشر. سكنوا أوّلاً دير مار أليشاع القديم وانتقلوا سنة ١٧٠٤ إلى دير مار سركيس. في ٩ آذار سنة ١٩٠٥، قام الأب سيريل دي سانتا ماريا، النائب الرسولي لجبل الكرمل، بزيارة بشرّي فاستقبله الأهالي وطالبوه بتوسيع الرسالة وإقامة مدارس. بدأ أبناء بشرّي البناء بمساعدات من فرنسا وبلجيكا وألمانيا سنة ١٩٠٨. سنة ١٩١٠ أكمل الأب جيوسيبي داربينو الجناح بناء الدّير والكنيسة، بمساعدة الكاردينال غوتي. الكنيسة كناية عن سوقٍ واحد بحنية نصف دائريّة وسقفٍ بغداديّ. الكنيسة مزيّنة بجدرانيّات للرسّام جرجس ديب الأورشليميّ وتمثل عدّة مشاهد من وحي روحانيّة الكرمل. يُعرف الدّير محليًّا "بالبادريّة" وهي تعريب لكلمة بادري أي الأب.

The Carmelite Convent of St Joseph - Bcharreh

The Carmelite mission Bcharreh goes back to the late XVIIth century. The fathers resided in St Elishah and moved in 1704 to St Sergius. On the 9th of March 1905 the Carmelite provincial Cyril Da Santa Maria visited the town and was demanded by the locals to enlarge the mission and build schools. After that the locals began building with financial help from France, Belgium, and Germany in 1908. Construction was completed in 1910 with Padre Joseppe Darbino who completed the building with the church with the help of Cardinal Gotti. The church consists of a single roofed nave with a semi circular apse. The church is decorated with frescoes by Gerges Dib from Jerusalem.

كنيسة السيّدة الجديدة - صربا الجنوب

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٤٦ وكرّسها المطران أغوسطينوس البستاني. بناؤها بازيليكيّ الطراز بثلاث أسواقٍ وحنية نصف دائريّة. رُمّمت الكنيسة بعد زلزال سنة ١٩٥٦، وأُضيفت إليها قبّة الجرس. تضمّ الكنيسة أيقونةً أورشليميّة عجائبيّة للسيّدة العذراء وهي التي حمت الأهالي خلال الحرب العالميّة الأولى.

The new Church of Our Lady - Sarba, South Lebanon.

The church was constructed in 1946 and consecrated by Archbishop Augustine el-Boustany. This basilical church features three naves and a semi-circular apse. Following the earthquake of 1956, the structure underwent restoration, and a bell tower was subsequently added to the church. Notably, the church houses an icon of the Theotokos from the school of Jerusalem, which is believed to possess miraculous properties. According to the local community, this icon protected the village during World War I, serving as a source of divine intervention and safeguarding.
