كنيسة السيّدة الجديدة - صربا الجنوب

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٤٦ وكرّسها المطران أغوسطينوس البستاني. بناؤها بازيليكيّ الطراز بثلاث أسواقٍ وحنية نصف دائريّة. رُمّمت الكنيسة بعد زلزال سنة ١٩٥٦، وأُضيفت إليها قبّة الجرس. تضمّ الكنيسة أيقونةً أورشليميّة عجائبيّة للسيّدة العذراء وهي التي حمت الأهالي خلال الحرب العالميّة الأولى.

The new Church of Our Lady - Sarba, South Lebanon.

The church was constructed in 1946 and consecrated by Archbishop Augustine el-Boustany. This basilical church features three naves and a semi-circular apse. Following the earthquake of 1956, the structure underwent restoration, and a bell tower was subsequently added to the church. Notably, the church houses an icon of the Theotokos from the school of Jerusalem, which is believed to possess miraculous properties. According to the local community, this icon protected the village during World War I, serving as a source of divine intervention and safeguarding.

كنيسة سيّدة نايا - كفرشليمان

كانت كفرشليمان مركزًا لمعبدٍ فينيقيّ تحوّل في القرن الخامس الميلادي مع إنتشار الديانة المسيحية، الى كنيسة على إسم سيّدة نايا (الكنيسة الجديدة). إزدانت الكنيسة برسوم وجدرانيات ونقوش مميزة على صخورها رمّمت عام ٢٠٠٧. في الكنيسة جداريّات الشفاعة ، الضابط الكلّ، العذراء المرضعة، مار أفسطاقيوس.
كان البطريرك يوسف التِيّان متنسكًا في هذه الكنيسة، بعدما إستقال من السّدة البطريركية جرّاء خلافه مع الأمير بشير الثاني الشهابيّ.

The church of Our Lady of Naya - Kfarshleiman

Kfarshleiman was the land of a Phoenician shrine that was converted in the Vth century into a Byzantine church dedicated to our Lady and named “nea” meaning new church. The church was ornate with frescoes that were restored in 2007 representing: the Deisis, the Pantokrator, the Nourishing Virgin, St Eustache.
The Patriarch Youssef el Tyan used the church as a hermitage for a while after he resigned from his seat due to the polemic with Prince Beshir the second Shehab.

Mar Gerges Church 1660 Baabdat - Eglise Saint Georges, Baabdat, Lebanon

Built in 1660, the church played a great role in the history of the village, near it a school was built, and it was the main parish church before that of our Lady was built in the nineteenth century.
The church houses a collection of oil paintings dating back to the construction era: St George, an Immaculata, St Mamas, St Peter.
In the church’s sacristy are found the mortal remains of Fr. Gerges Srour 1688-1735, a holy priest with the title Al Qurbany, (the Eucharistic) because of his great devotion to the blessed sacrament and the great miracles that happened during elevation time in his Mass as attested by witnesses.


يعود البناء الى سنة ١٦٦٠. لعبت هذه الكنيسة دورًا هامًا في تاريخ البلدة اذ كانت الكنيسة الرعائية قبل بناء كنيسة السيذة. بقربها كانت تقوم مدرسة للأحداث. تحوي زيتيات تعود لفترة البناء: مار جرجس، السيدة، مار ماما، مار بطرس.
يرقد على رجاء القيامة في سكرستية الكنيسة رجل الله الخوري جرجس سرور ١٦٨٨-١٧٣٥، والمعروف بكراماته وعجائبه وعبادته للقربان الأقدس إذ كان وجه المسيح يظهر على القربانة عند الرفعة كما شهد معاصروه.
