دير سيدة الحقلة - دلبتا
يعود تأسيس دير سيدة الحقلة في دلبتا – لبنان إلى القرن السادس عشر على يد الخوري يوسف قصاف.
عام 1755 شيدت الكنيسة الكبيرة وحفر على عتبة بابها الصليب البطريركي الماروني.
راهبات سيدة الحقلة أو الراهبات الحبيسات المسؤولات عن الدير يقضين نهارهنّ في الصلاة، العمل اليدوي والزراعي.
هذا الدير الذي كان يجمع الراهبات والرهبان، قصد إحدى رهبانه من حوالي ٤٠٠ سنة تقريباً النمسا بهدف البحث عن جرس جديد حيث كُسر جرس الكنيسة الأساسي على يد الراهب نفسه.
وفي التفاصيل، أن ابنة الملك كانت مريضة وسمع هذا الراهب بهذا الأمر فتوجه الى البلاط الملكي وصلّى على الفتاة فشيت في الحال. فقال له الملك، ماذا تريد وكيف اردّ لك الجميل، فقال الراهب، اريد جرساً جديداً أصطحبه معي الى جبل لبنان. فأهداه الملك جرسًا وبيت قربان وكأس قربان ومذبحًا وغيرها من الأمور التي جاء بها الى الدير.
ومنذ ذلك التاريخ وهذه التّحف موجودة في الدير حتى يومنا هذا.

The monastery of our Lady of the fields - Dlebta
The monastery was built by the priest Joseph Asaf during the sixteenth century. The main church was built in 1755 and a patriarcal cross was engraved on it’s main door. The monastery is now occupied by a patriarcal contemplative order of nuns.
When it was built, the monastery was mixed with two communities: monks and nuns. 400 years ago a monk broke the church’s bell when he was ringing it, so he went to Austria where he had an audience with the emperor and asked him for a bell to be taken to Mount Lebanon.
After a healing miracle with an austrian princess, the emperor donated a bell, a great tabernacle, a high altar, and a chalice to the monastery. All of these baroque artifacts are still conserved in the monastery today.

St.Rock Church كنيسة مار روكز, Lebanon

دير مار روكز – مراح المير القليعات
يُعتَبَر دير مار روكز – مراح المير أوَّل ديرٍ للرهبانيَّة في قضاء كسروان. بُني في ٢٦ أيلول ١٨٥٤، في عهد الأب العام سابا كرَيدي، بعد أن حصلت الرهبانيّة على رضى البطريرك يوسف راجي الخازن. وكان الانتهاء من بناء الدير سنة ١٨٦٢. سنة ١٩٩٠ رُمّم الدّير بعد القذائف التي دمّرت قسمًا كبيرًا منه، وبنيت بقربه مدرسة لتعليم الأولاد.

The Monastery of St Rock - Mrah el Mir Qlayaat
The Monastery of St Rock is the first one for the Lebanese Maronite Order in Kesserwan. It was built in 26 september 1854 during the reign of Abbot Saba Kreidy after the approval of Patriarch Youssef Raji el Khazen, and the construction was done in 1862. In 1990 the monastery was renovated after it was damaged by bombshells during the civil war. A shcool was added to educate local children.

Our Lady of the Forest - Saydet el Ghabeh, Beirut, Lebanon

كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.
