كنيسة سيّدة بشوات العجائبيّة - بشوات
الكنيسة الحاليّة مبنيّة في موضعٍ رومانيّ، بُني مكانه كنيسةً يعقوبيّة في القرون الوسطى. سنة ١٧٤١ إكتُشِفَت في الموقع أيقونةً للعذراء مريم. بُنيت في الموقع الكنيسة الحاليّة بشكل عقدٍ سريريّ وحنية نصف دائريّة. سنة ١٩٠٤ جلب الرهبان اليسوعيّون تمثالاً لعذراء بونتمان الفرنسيّة مازال بقلب الكنيسة. تشتهر هذه الكنيسة بحدوث العديد من المعجزات والكرامات بشفاعة العذراء مريم، وهي محجّ مريميّ كبير.

The miraculous church of our Lady of Bechouat - Bechouat

The first church was built on a roman site, it was a medieval Jacobite church. In 1741 a marian icon was discovered in this site. The current church was built on the site, consisting of a single crib vault and a semi circular apse. In 1904 the jesuits on a mission in the region brought to the village a replica of the French marian statue of Pontmain that is still enshrined in the church. The church is famous for being a pilgrimage site with many miracles attributed to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin.

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر فوق بقايا هيكل رومانيّ على يد الخوري يرد الحدشيتي. أواخر القرن التاسع عشر أُعيد بناؤها على يد الخوري مخايل الخوري يونس وأُتِمَّ سنة ١٨٩٩. اللوحات الثلاث الرئيسيّة من عمل داود القرم، أمّا الجداريّات فهي أحدث عهدًا تعود لمنتصف القرن العشرين وهي من عمل مالك شحيبر طوق.

The church was first built in the 17th century over the ruins of a roman temple by Fr. Yard of Hadshit. During the 19th century the church was rebuilt by Fr. Mikhael el Khoury Younes in 1899. The three main paintings were done by Dawoud al Qorm, The murals are more recent from the mid 20th century by Malek Chehaiber Tawk.

كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.
