كنيسة السيّدة - وادي جزّينبُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أواخر القرن الثامن عشر وهي كنيسة صغيرة بسقف خشبيّ بهبة من الشيخ بشير جنبلاط. نجت هذه الكنيسة بأعجوبة من الخراب خلال أحداث ١٨٤٠ حين حاول المعتدون إحراق السقف الخشبيّ فلم يحترق وسنة ١٨٦٠ حين وريت بالضباب. سنة ١٨٩٠ أخذت الكنيسة شكلها الحاليّ، لكنّ البناء لم يكتمل إلّا سنة ١٩٠٣ بسعي أبناء البلدة في الأرجنتين. في الكنيسة لوحتان للسيّدة إحداهما تعود للقرن الثامن عشر، والأخرى تعود لسنة ١٩٠١ من عمل الياس الأسمر كرم.The church of Our Lady - Wadi JezzineThe first church was built in the XVIIIth century, it was a small church with a wooden ceiling, on a plot of land donated by Sheikh Bachir Joumblat. The church was miraculously saved from being burned in 1840, and was hidden by a thick fog from the eyes of the aggressors during the war of 1860. In 1890 the church took its final shape with a stone vaulted ceiling. the church was finally completed in 1903. The church holds two paintings of the Virgin Mary: an XVIIIth century icon , and another one from 1901 by Elias Asmar Karam.

بنى الموارنة كنيستهم الأولى في معراب على أنقاض هيكل رومانيّ وثنيّ. خُرّبت هذه الكنيسة الأولى مع حملة المماليك على كسروان سنة ١٣٠٥. أعاد أبناء البلدة بناء الكنيسة على إسم ما باسيليوس وغريغوريوس، وأخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٨٨٥. في هذه الكنيسة يرقد على رجاء القيامة المطران بولس فؤاد نعيم تابت (١٩٢٩-٢٠٠٩) وهو أوّل سفير بابويّ مارونيّ لبنانيّ.


The first church was built by the Maronites over a roman pagan temple. The church was destroyed during the Mamluk’s campaign on Keserwan in 1305. After their return, the villagers reconstructed the church and it was consecrated to Sts Basil and Gregory. It took its final shape in 1885. The church is the final resting place of Bishop Paul Fouad Naim Tabet (1929-2009), the first Lebanese Maronite Papal nuncio

كنيسة مار يوحنا المعمدان - الحمصيّة

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أوائل القرن التاسع عشر، وخربت في أحداث سنة ١٨٦٠. أعيد بناؤها سنة ١٨٩٠ وكرّسها المطران بطرس البستاني رئيس أساقفة صور وصيدا آنذاك. رمّمت الكنيسة ووسّعت على عدّة مراحل آخرها في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين. البناء هقد مصالب ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. تضمّ الكنيسة أيقونة أورشليميّة أثريّة ونسخةً عنها طبق الأصل.
The church of St John the Baptist - Homsyeh

The first church was built in the beginning of the XIXth century and was ruined in the war of 1860. The church was rebuilt in 1890 and consecrated by Mgr. Boutros el Boustany archbishop of Tyr and Sidon back then. The church was restored and enlarged many times taking its current form in the nineties. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The church hold an ancient icon from the school of Jerusalem and an exact copy of it.

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٨٧٢ بعناية الخوري جرجس خليفة. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالب بحنية نصف دائريّة. رُمّم البناء أواخر القرن العشرين.

The church was built in 1872 with the initiative of Fr. Gerges Khalifeh. The structure consists of a crossed vault with a semi circular apse. The church was restored at the end of the XXth century.
