هي كنيسةٌ مُزدوجةٌ تعود لأواخر القرون الوسطى مبنيّة على ضفاف نهر الجوز. مذبحها الأوّل مُكرّس للسيّدة (والمُرجّح أنّه الأقدم) والثاني لمار أنطونيوس الكبير. هي كنيسة مزار ومحجّ لأبناء المنطقة.A double late medieval church built on the banks of Al Jawz river. Her first altar is consecrated to the Madonna (and is presumed to be the older part) and the second for St Anthony the great. The church is a local shrine and a pilgrimage site

بناها الخوري يوحنا إبن الخوري فرج الحداد، وقد عُثرَ على قرطاس في كنيسة تحوم يؤيّد ذلك. وكنيسة مار روحانا مشيّدة على بقايا برج روماني قديم آثاره ما زالت ماثلة، فزاويته الجنوبيّة الغربيّة راسخة على حجارة ضخمة من نفس مقلع حجارة بعلبك بحسب الخبراء. اما درج الكنيسة فداخليّ، وفي خاصرة حنية الكنيسة حجرة مخفية أعدّها القدماء مدفنًا لكنوزهم. وبالقرب من هذا المعبد، اكتشف الأثريّون مدافن قديمة واستدلّوا على منزلة مهمة لمن سكن في هذه الأماكن الأثريّة. تجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ مار روحانا المرنّم هو لقب محبّب للسريان معناه الروحانيّ، يطلق على مار قبريانوس الناسك. St Rouhana’s church - Aïn kfaa It was built by Fr. Youhanna son of Fr. Faraj Al Haddad, as it is attested in a manuscript belonging to the parish of Thoum. The church is built on top of an old roman tour, the stones of which are quarried from the same source as the Great temples of Baalbek. The church has an indoor stone ladder. Near the church many roman ruins where found and a noble necropolis. St Rouhana the cantor is a title given by the syriacs and is translated to "the spiritual", it is given to St Cyprian the hermit.

كنيسة سيّدة البرج - دير الأحمر
بنى الرومان في دير الأحمر معبدًا لجوبيتير، تحوّل أوائل القرون الوسطى لبرجٍ عسكريّ لم يبقَ من بنائه سوى الطابق الأوّل. خلال القرن العاشر تحوّل الى ديرٍ يعقوبيّ. سنة ١٧٥٩ دمّر زلزال ضخم كنيسة سيّدة الزروع القديمة فتداعى الأهالي لبناء عقدٍ سريريّ كبير فوق آثار البرج، ليصبح البناء كنيسةً جديدةً كبيرة. كُرّست الكنيسة سنة ١٨٤٣ ورُمّمت سنة ٢٠١٧. تضمّ الكنيسة لوحتين للعذراء من عمل كنعان ديب وداوود القرم. كذلك تحتوي على مكتبةً غنيّة بالكتب البيعيّة.
The Church of Our Lady of the Tower - Deir El Ahmar
The Romans built a temple dedicated to Jupiter in Deir El Ahmar. During the High Middle Ages, the temple was converted into a three-storey military tower, but today only the first storey remains. In the 10th century, Jacobite monks used the site as a monastery. In 1759, an earthquake struck the region and destroyed the old church of Our Lady. The people of Deir el Ahmar then decided to build a great cross-vaulted church on the foundation of the tower. The church was dedicated in 1843 and underwent renovation in 2017. The church is home to a manuscript library and two Marian paintings by Kanaan Dib and Dawoud el Qorm. La Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Torre - Deir El-Ahmar Los romanos construyeron un templo dedicado a Júpiter en Deir El-Ahmar. A principios de la Alta Edad Media, el templo se convirtió en una torre militar de tres pisos, de la cual actualmente solo queda el primer piso. En el siglo X, los monjes jacobitas utilizaron el sitio como monasterio. En 1759, un terremoto azotó la región y destruyó la antigua iglesia de Nuestra Señora. La gente de Deir el-Ahmar decidió entonces construir una Iglesia de grandes dimensiones con bóveda de crucería sobre los cimientos de la torre. La iglesia fue consagrada en 1843 y se renovó en 2017. La iglesia alberga una biblioteca de manuscritos y dos pinturas marianas de Kanaan Dib y Dawoud el Qorm.
في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر، بدأت الإرسالية الأميركية الإنجيلية مهمّتها في مدينة زحلة. قامت هذه البعثة ببناء كنيسة بتصميم يشبه بيوت المدينة في تلك الحقبة الزمنية. في بداية القرن الحادي والعشرين، بعدما بدأ عدد المؤمنين بالانخفاض، تم شراء الكنيسة من قبل دير مار أنطونيوس الكبير التابع للرهبنة اللبنانية المارونية، وتحويلها إلى كنيسة مخصصة للقديسة رفقا.
The Church of St. Rafqa - Zahle
In the last decades of the 19th century, an American evangelical mission was established in Zahle. This mission built a church in the local architectural style of houses during that time. In the beginning of the 21st century, after the number of evangelicals began to dwindle, the church was bought by the Monastery of St. Anthony the Great of the Lebanese Maronite Order, who converted it into a chapel dedicated to St. Rafqa. Iglesia de Santa Rafka - Zahle En las últimas décadas del siglo XIX se estableció en Zahle una misión evangélica estadounidense. Esta misión construyó una iglesia según el estilo arquitectónico local de las casas de la época. A principios del siglo XXI, después de que el número de evangélicos empezara a disminuir, la iglesia fue comprada por el Monasterio de San Antonio el Grande de la Orden Libanesa Maronita, que la convirtió en una capilla dedicada a San Rafka.
