كابيلّا القدّيسة ريتا - غادير سنة ١٩٠٦ بنت عائلة خورشيد إيليان كابيلّا مدفنيّة على اسم مار بطرس وبولس، وكانت تابعة لكنيسة الأرمن الكاثوليك. سنة ١٩٨٩ إنتقلت ملكيّتها لوقف الورديّة، غادير، ورُمّمت. كرّسها الخورأسقف يعقوب الشمالي على اسم القدّيسة ريتا. سنة ٢٠٠٢ أُعيد ترميمها وأُضيفت إليها الباحة الخارجيّة. سنة ٢٠١٥ تمّ الاحتفال باليوبيل الفضيّ لتكريسها. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالب، بواجهة نيوكلاسيكيّة. The Chapel of St. Rita - Ghadir In 1906, the Armenian Catholic family Khorcheid Elian built a funerary chapel dedicated to Sts. Peter and Paul. In 1989, the chapel was purchased by the parish of the Rosary - Ghadir. It was then rededicated to St. Rita by Chorbishop Yaqoub Chemaly. In 2002, the chapel underwent restoration, and an external garden was added. In 2015, the chapel celebrated its silver jubilee. The structure features a crossed vault with a neoclassical facade.

كنيسة سيّدة الورديّة الدلغانة - دير القمر

بنيت في ثلاثينيّات القرن الثامن عشر، وأتمّ البناء سنة ١٧٦٠ على يد الأب متّى الحكيم الحلبيّ طبيب أمراء دير القمر. تُلاصق الكنيسة كابيلا سيّدة الرحمة وهي تعود للنصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر. تحوي الكنيسة على العديد من اللوحات التصويريّة أهمّها لوحة سيّدة الورديّة وهي من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي سنة ١٨٦٤، ومار يوسف لنجيب شكري تعود لسنة ١٩١٠.

The church of Our Lady of the Rosary El Delghane - Deir el Qamar

The church was built in the third decade of the the XVIIIth century. The construction was concluded in 1760 under the supervision of Fr Matta el Hakim from Aleppo who was the personal doctor of Deir el Qamar’s princes. Adjacent to the church stands a small chapel dedicated to our Lady of Mercy dating back to the second half of the XIXth century. The church holds many paintings inculding Our Lady of the Rosary by Kanaan Dib dating back to 1864 and St Joseph by Najib Chukry dating back to 1910.

كنيسة مار يعقوب المقطّع - دلبتا

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٧٦٤، وهي عقد مصالب بحنية واحدة وثلاث مذابح. هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة. رممّت للمرّة الأولى ما يين سنة ١٨٩٣ و١٨٩٤ وأقيم فيها المذبح الكبير. أمّا الترميم الثاني يعود لسنة ١٩٧٥. تحوي الكنيسة على مدفن المطران يوحنّا مراد رئيس أساقفة بعلبك (+١٩٣٧). كذلك على مجموعة كبيرة من اللوحات لكنعان ديب إبن البلدة تعود لأواخر القرن التاسع عشر.

The church of St Jacob the Persian - Dlebta

Built in 1764, it is the town’s parochial church. The structure is a crossed vault ending in a single apse with three altars. The church was restored between 1893 and 1894 when the current high altar was brought, and in 1975. In the church is buried Mgr. Youhanna Mrad (+1937) archbishop of Baalbek. The church holds a great number of paintings by Kanaan Dib the son of Dlebta, dating back to the late XIXth century.

دير سيّدة ميفوق - ميفوق

هو من الأديار القديمة في الكنيسة المارونيَّة،
بناه المرَدَةَ سنة ٨٥٠. إستولى عليه الحماديُّون حوالي سنة ١١٢١، مدَّةً من الزمن، فانتقل رهبانُه في أثنائها إلى دير سيِّدة إيليج. تَسَلَّمت الرهبانيَّةُ اللبنانيّة المارونيّة ديرَ ميفوق سنة ١٧٦٦، من الأمير يوسف الشهابيّ. انعقد في هذا الدير، مجمعًا إقليميًّا للكنيسة المارونيَّة، برئاسة القاصد الرسولي الأب بطرس دي مورينا و المطران ميخائيل الخازن سنة ١٧٨٠. سنة ١٨٥٠، أمضى فيه مار شربل سنة ابتداءٍ واحدة. أنشأت الرهبانيَّة معهدًا في الدير، سنة ١٩٢٢. وَمِن محفوظات دير سيِّدة – ميفوق، صورة سيِّدة إيليج الأثريَّة التي أُعيد ترميمُها بين سنتَي ١٩٨٢ ١٩٨٧. لعب الدّير دورًا على صُعُد التنشئة الرهبانيّة والوطنيّة دورًا بارزًا.

The monastery of Our Lady of Mayfouq - Mayfouq

One of the oldest Maronite monasteries built arround 850 by the Maradites. It was taken over by the Hamadi’s in 1121, and back then the monks moved to Ilige. The monastery was given to the Lebanese Maronite Order in 1766 by Prince Youssef Shehab. In 1780 a local Maronite council was held in the monastery presided by the papal delegate Fr Peter di Morina and bishop Mikael el Khazen. In 1850 St Charbel spent a year of his novitiate there. A school was founded by the order in 1922. The monastery holds the famous icon of our Lady of Ilige restored between 1982 and 1987. The monastery played a great national role and it was a major school of formation for the monks.
