كنيسة مار جرجس - حاصبيّابُنبيت الكنيسة الأولى أوائل القرن التاسع عشر، وأُعيد بناء الحاليّة سنة ١٩١٠. الكنيسة كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالبٍ ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. مذبح الكنيسة من الحجر الأصفر مبنيّ سنة ١٩١٢. بعد الحرب الأهليّة اللبنانيّة نزح القسم الأكبر من مسيحيّي البلدة فأصبحت الكنيسة شبه مهجورة. زارها غبطة البطريرك مار بشارة بطرس الراعي صيف سنة ٢٠١١.The church of St George - HasbayaThe first church was built in the early XIXth century, and rebuilt in 1910. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The altar is made of a local yellow limestone in 1912. After the civil war the town’s maronite population left in great numbers and the church became partially abandoned. The Patriarch Bechara el Rai visited the church in the summer of 2011.

بنتها عائلة غبريل سنة ١٨٣٥ في حيّ بيت الزعرور. تجدّدت سنة ١٨٧٥ وأعيد تكريسها على يد المطران نعمة الله سلوان سنة ١٩٠٦. في الكنيسة لوحتين مريميّتين الأولى هي العذراء المرضعة لداوود القرم تعود لسنة ١٨٨٢، والثانية أقدم عهدًا غير موقعة. ولوحة لمار الياس عمل حبيب سرور سنة ١٨٨٨، وأخرى لمار يوسف بلا توقيع.

The church of our Lady of the Milk - Beit Chabab

The church was built by the Ghobril family in 1835 in the area known as Beit el Zaarour. In 1875 it was renewed and reconsecrated by Bishop Nematullah Selwan in 1906. The church holds two marian paintings: the first by Dawoud El Qorm from 1882 representing the breastfeeding mother, the second one is older and not signed. It also contains a painting of St Joseph not signed, with another of St Elias by Habib Srour from 1888.

في القرن السادس بنى الجراجمة الذين استوطنوا إهدن حصنًا على تلّةٍ مشرفةٍ على المدينة، على أنقاض هيكلٍ وثنيّ لِعَنَات إبنة إيل. جُعل الحصن كنيسةً على اسم العذراء مريم. سنة ١٢٨٣ خرّب المماليك الحصن، فأعاد الإهدنيّون بناؤه بعد ثلاث سنوات. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ سريريّ ينتهي بحنية، رمّم عدّة مرّات عبر تاريخه الطويل. الكنيسة تُعدّ مزارًا ومكان حَجٍّ يقصده المؤمنون للتبرّك. سنة ١٩٨٩ بنيت الكنيسة الجديدة.

The church of Our Lady of the Fort - Ehden

During the VIth century the Mardaites that came to Ehden built a fort with a small church over the ruins of an old pagan temple dedicated to Anaat daughter of Il. The church was dedicated to the Virgin Mary. In 1283 during the Mamluky raid the fort was sabotaged and rebuilt by the people of Ehden after three years. The structure is a small crib vault ending with an apse, it was renovated many times during its history. The church is considered a pilgrimage site. In 1989 a new church was constructed near the old one.

دير مار مارون - عنّايا
دير للرهبانيّة اللّبنانيّة المارونيّة إنتهى العمل من بنائه سنة ١٨٢٨. وبين سنتي ١٨٣٨ و١٨٤١ أُكمِل بناء الكنيسة وجميع الأقبية. هو دير مارونيّ تقليديّ بجميع أقسامه من حوش ومضافة وكنيسة صغيرة. إشتهر الدّير لأنّه مقام القدّيس شربل مخلوف الذي حوّله إلى محجّ ومزار.

The monastery of St Maroun Annaya
A monastery for the Lebanese Maronite Order built in 1828. The church and the vaults were completed between 1838 and 1841. It is a traditional maronite monastery with its vaults, cloister, reception room and small church. It was made famous by being the resting place of St Charbel Makhlouf who transformed it into a pilgrimage site.
