كنيسة مار جاورجيوس للروم الأرثوذكس - أنفههي الكنيسة الرئيسيّة في البلدة. إنتهت عمليّة البناء بشكلها الحاليّ في ١٧ أيّار ١٩٧٠. إنّ الموقع الذي بُنيت فيه الكنيسة، له تاريخ مهمّ في التّراث المسيحيّ للبلدة؛ ففي القرون المسيحيّة الأولى، كانت تلك المنطقة مليئة بالقبور المحفورة بالصخر، و بعد ذلك بُني في العهد البيزنطيّ كنيسة في الموقع، تتضارب المعلومات حولها، فالبعض يتحدّث عن وجود ديرٍ على اسم القدّيس جاورجيوس، و البعض الآخر يتحدّث عن ثلاث كنائس تحمل احداها اسم القديس جاورجيوس. سنة ١٩٥٤، قرّر راعي الأبرشيّة هدم البناء القديم و اقامة كنيسة كبيرة مكانه بإسم كنيسة القدّيس جاورجيوس. رُمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠٠٩ وزُيّنت بالجداريّات.St George’s Greek Orthodox Church - AnfeIt is the main parish church of the village, consecrated on the 17th of may 1970. The site has paleo Christian roots as it was a stone necropolis. Later on, during the Byzantine era, a monastery of St George was erected on the site. According to other sources, three churches one of them dedicated to St George were on the site. In 1954 the local bishop decided to build a bigger church on the site and dedicate it to St George. The church was restored in 2009 and decorated with Byzantine frescoes.

كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.

سنة ١٨٠٩ في عهد الأب العام سمعان الخازن، أوقف أهالي بلدَتي بان وكفرصعاب عقارات للرهبانيّة اللبنانيّة المارونيّة بغية إنشاء مدرسة لتعليم أبناء البلدة. تحوّلت في ستينيّات القرن العشرين الى ديرِ قانونيّ. تحوي الكنيسة بيت قربان خشبيّ مذهّب ومذخّرين رومانيّين، ثلاث لوحات غربيّة الصنع، ولوحتين مشرقيّتين للعائلة المقدّسة ومار أفرام من القرن التاسع عشر.

The monastery of St Joseph - Ban

In 1809 during the mandate of Abbot Simon el Khazen, the villagers of Ban and Kfarsghab donated land to the Lebanese Maronite Order to build a school. During the sixties the school was converted into a canonical monastery. The church holds a gilded wooden tabernacle with two reliquaries, three western paintings, and two local XIXth century ones of The holy family and St Ephrem.

الكنيسة مبنيّة أوائل القرن الثامن عشر، تسلّمتها الرهبانيّة اللبنانيّة المارونيّة سنة ١٧٩٢، وكانت الكنيسة متهدّمة فرممّتها، وقامت بخدمة شركاء آل أبي اللمع المسيحيّين. سنة ١٨٢٩ وسّع الرهبان بناء الكنيسة التي أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٢٩: نمط بازيليكيّ مسقوف بسوقٍ واحد. للرهبانيّة أنطش بالقرب من الكنيسة تتابع من خلاله النشاط الرعويّ والرسوليّ. تضمّ الكنيسة العديد من اللوحات والأعمال الفنيّة القديمة والحديثة من مدارس مختلفة، أهمّها لوحة القدّيسة تقلا لحبيب سرور.

The church of St Thecla - Mrouj

The first church was built in the early XVIIIth century, and was given as a donation to the Lebanese Maronite Order in 1792 to restore it and give pastoral care to the maronite subjects of the Abi Al Lamah lords. In 1829 the monks enlarged the church and it took its current form in 1929: a single roofed nave basilical plan. The Order built a presbytery near the church and serves the parish spiritual needs. The church is decorated with many old and new works of art from different schools, the most important being the painting of St Thecla behind the altar.
