دير مار يعقوب المقطّع - إهدن بُني الدّير أواخر القرن الثالث عشر بعد حملة المماليك. سنة ١٤٧٠ قطنه القس يعقوب ورفاقه الوافدين من الحبشة فدُعي بدير الأحباش نسبةً إليهم. سنة ١٤٨٨، طرد الإهدنيّون الأحباش واليعاقبة بعد معركة بقوفا، فأصبح الدّير مقرًّا لأساقفة إهدن. سنة ١٦٣٢، سكنه الفرنسيسكان. جعله البطريرك إسطفانوس الدويهيّ مدرسةً لتعليم الأحداث عندما كان كاهنًا. سنة ١٩٧٦ إنهارت الكنيسة إثر عاصفة ثلجيّة. أعيد ترميمها وتكريسها صيف ٢٠٠٤ على يد المطران سمير مظلوم. Saint Jacob the Persian Monastery - Ehden Saint Jacob's Monastery was built at the end of the XIIIth century, after the Mamluks' invasion. In 1470, it was inhabited by Abyssinian monks. However, in 1488, the Ehdenites expelled the monks from the monastery after the Battle of Bqoufa. Later on, the monastery became the seat of Ehden's bishops. Then, in 1641, it was inhabited by Franciscan monks. In 1657, Fr. Estfen al Doueihy (later patriarch) turned it into a school for Ehden's youth. During the 18th century, the convent was completely abandoned. In the winter of 1976, a blizzard destroyed the church. Finally, it was restored in 2004 and reconsecrated by Bishop Samir Mazloum.

كنيسة مار يوسف - دير الأحمر

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩١٤ بعناية ملحم القزح. هي كنيسة رعائيّة مسقوفة. رمّمت أوائل القرن الحاليّ. مذابح الكنيسة الثلاث الرخاميّة وأيقونة مار يوسف محليّة الصنع. أضيفت للكنيسة قبتها أواسط القرن العشرين.

The church of St Joseph - Deir el Ahmar

The church is a parochial church built by Melhem Qozah in 1914. The structure consists of a crib vault that was restored in the beginning of this century. The church holds three marble altars and St Joseph’s icon that are locally made. The bell tower was added in the mid XXth century.

كنيسة السيّدة - عين إبل

بدأ بناء الكنيسة سنة ١٨٦٦ بمسعى من الخوري إبراهيم خريش، اذ لاحظ المطران بطرس البستانيّ أن الكنيسة القديمة أصبحت ضيّقة وكانت الرعيّة تتمّم واجباتها الدينيّة في بيت الكاهن. فبدأ مشروع بناء الكنيسة الكبيرة. في الكنيسة ثلاث لوحات واحدة منها نسخة عن لوحة السيّدة والطفل لرافاييل، مار مارون ومار يوسف للفنّان مارون ضو. في باحة الكنيسة نصب لشهداء البلدة الذين رقدوا بالربّ سنة ١٩٢٠. ومنحوتة مصلوب على شجرة طبيعيّة.

The church of the Our Lady- Ain Ibl

The church was built in 1866 with Fr Ibrahim Khoreish. Back then Bishop Boutros el Boustany noticed that the old church is too small for the congregation that was celebrating mass in the priest’s house. The church holds a replica of Rafael’s Madonna, St Maroun and St Joseph by Maroun Daou. In the church’s backyard stands the memorial of the martyrs of the town who were martyred in 1920 and the crucified put on a natural tree.

كنيسة سيّدة الغسّالة - القبيات
بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى بالقرب من قناة جرًّ للمياه، كانت نساء القرية يغسلن ثيابهنّ بقربها أيّام السبوت، لذلك سمّي الموضع الغسّالة وحملت الكنيسة إسم سيّدة الغسّالة. بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة سنة ١٩٢٧ بمسعى من أبناء البلدة المغتربين. تتميّز الكنيسة أنّها مكسوّة الداخل بالكامل بالنقوش، تحوي عدّة جداريّات فريدة كجداريّة الذبيحة الإلهيّة حيث يظهر الكأس يعلوه النجم، وجداريّة الصدقة.

The church of Our Lady of Ghassala - Kobayat
The first church was built on a site near an aqueduct where the village’s ladies used to wash their laundry hence the name in Arabic Ghessele invoking laundry washing. The first church held the name of the site. In 1927 the new church was built with donations made by Kobayaty expats. The church is covered on the inside with painted stucco. The church holds distinctive unique frescoes such as the fresco of the Holy Sacrifice with the distinctive oriental liturgical altar paraments, and the fresco of the alm.
