كنيسة مار إدنا - عين عكرينتقوم كنيسة مار إدنا في خراج بلدة عين عِكرين. بنيت على عِدَّة مراحل على أنقاضٍ رومانيّة قديمة. فهي بسوقٍ واحدٍ بعقدٍ سريريّ يحتوي على حنيَّة مُكوَّرة، وثلاثة قناطر في الجدار الجنوبيّ. على الحائط الشماليّ، بقايا جِداريّة، تعود الى القرون الوسطى . في الكنيسة لوحة نادرة لمار إدنا مرسومة على النحاس، كما وجد في داخلها بقايا رومانيّة. ومار إدنا هو لقب سريانيّ لمار طراخونبوس وهو شهيد من القرن الثالث وشفيع الأذن.The church of St Edna - Aïn EkrinThe ancient church stands in the vicinity of Aïn Ekrin built several stages over roman ruins. It consist of one nave with a crib vault, ending with a semi circular apse. The southern wall consists of three arched windows. The church holds a rare icon of St Edna painted on copper, and many roman poteries. The church also holds a medieval fresco. Edna is a Syriac nickname given to St Trakhonios, a Third century martyr, and the patron saint of ears.

The Hermitage of St Chalita - The valley of Mazabeh Hadsheet

The valley of Mazabeh is a part of the Holy Valley descending from Hadsheet. In the valley stands the hermitage of St Artemius (Chalita in syriac) dating back to the XIth century. The building is in ruins consisting of a cribbed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The church contains remains of human bones.

كنيسة مار يوحنا المعمدان - الحمصيّة

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أوائل القرن التاسع عشر، وخربت في أحداث سنة ١٨٦٠. أعيد بناؤها سنة ١٨٩٠ وكرّسها المطران بطرس البستاني رئيس أساقفة صور وصيدا آنذاك. رمّمت الكنيسة ووسّعت على عدّة مراحل آخرها في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين. البناء هقد مصالب ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. تضمّ الكنيسة أيقونة أورشليميّة أثريّة ونسخةً عنها طبق الأصل.
The church of St John the Baptist - Homsyeh

The first church was built in the beginning of the XIXth century and was ruined in the war of 1860. The church was rebuilt in 1890 and consecrated by Mgr. Boutros el Boustany archbishop of Tyr and Sidon back then. The church was restored and enlarged many times taking its current form in the nineties. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The church hold an ancient icon from the school of Jerusalem and an exact copy of it.

الكنيسة الحاليّة مبنيّة في موضعٍ رومانيّ، بُني مكانه كنيسةً يعقوبيّة في القرون الوسطى. سنة ١٧٤١ إكتُشِفَت في الموقع أيقونةً للعذراء مريم. بُنيت في الموقع الكنيسة الحاليّة بشكل عقدٍ سريريّ وحنية نصف دائريّة. سنة ١٩٠٤ جلب الرهبان اليسوعيّون تمثالاً لعذراء بونتمان الفرنسيّة مازال بقلب الكنيسة. تشتهر هذه الكنيسة بحدوث العديد من المعجزات والكرامات بشفاعة العذراء مريم، وهي محجّ مريميّ كبير.

The miraculous church of our Lady of Bechouat - Bechouat

The first church was built on a roman site, it was a medieval Jacobite church. In 1741 a marian icon was discovered in this site. The current church was built on the site, consisting of a single crib vault and a semi circular apse. In 1904 the jesuits on a mission in the region brought to the village a replica of the French marian statue of Pontmain that is still enshrined in the church. The church is famous for being a pilgrimage site with many miracles attributed to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin.
