كنيسة مار إدنا - عين عكرينتقوم كنيسة مار إدنا في خراج بلدة عين عِكرين. بنيت على عِدَّة مراحل على أنقاضٍ رومانيّة قديمة. فهي بسوقٍ واحدٍ بعقدٍ سريريّ يحتوي على حنيَّة مُكوَّرة، وثلاثة قناطر في الجدار الجنوبيّ. على الحائط الشماليّ، بقايا جِداريّة، تعود الى القرون الوسطى . في الكنيسة لوحة نادرة لمار إدنا مرسومة على النحاس، كما وجد في داخلها بقايا رومانيّة. ومار إدنا هو لقب سريانيّ لمار طراخونبوس وهو شهيد من القرن الثالث وشفيع الأذن.The church of St Edna - Aïn EkrinThe ancient church stands in the vicinity of Aïn Ekrin built several stages over roman ruins. It consist of one nave with a crib vault, ending with a semi circular apse. The southern wall consists of three arched windows. The church holds a rare icon of St Edna painted on copper, and many roman poteries. The church also holds a medieval fresco. Edna is a Syriac nickname given to St Trakhonios, a Third century martyr, and the patron saint of ears.

كنيسة مار نوهرا - بقرقاشا

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٠٩ في عهد البطريرك الياس بطرس الحويك، لتصبح الكنيسة الرعائيّة لضيق الكنيسة القديمة. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مصالبٍ، بنتهي بحنية وثلاث مذابح: مار نوهرا والسيّدة ومار يوسف. في وسط الكنيسة مذبح لمار جرجس. الكنيسة محافظة على طابعها الأوّل وهي تمثل فنّ أوائل القرن العشرين. للكنيسة مدخلين مزخرفين للرجال والنساء. تضم الكنيسة عددًا من اللوحات أهمّها لمار نوهرا وهي محليّة الصنع.

The church of St Nouhra - Bqorqasha

The church of St Nouhra (Logius the martyr) was built in 1909 during the pontificate of patriarch Elias Boutros El Howayek, after the local parish became too small for the community. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with three altars: St Nouhra, the Madonna, and St Joseph. In the middle of the church stands a side altar dedicated to St George. The church conserves the original decor of the early XXth century. The church has two ornamented entrances to separate men and women’s seating places. It also holds many paintings the most important being a local icon of Saint Nouhra.

بنيت الكنيسة أواسط القرن العشرين، بهندسة حديثة. مدخلها كلاسيكيّ الهندسة. لوحة مار أنطونيوس البادوانيّ غير موقّعة، تتميّز كون القدّيس يتلقى البركة من الطفل يسوع وهو يضمّ يديه بشكل صليب.

The new church of St Anthony of Padua - Mayrouba

The church was built in the middle of the XXth century. The entrance has neoclassical motifs. St Anthony’s painting is not signed and is original, representing the saint getting the blessing from the Child Jesus having his hands crossed.

كنيسة مار جاورجيوس للروم الأرثوذكس - أنفه

هي الكنيسة الرئيسيّة في البلدة. إنتهت عمليّة البناء بشكلها الحاليّ في ١٧ أيّار ١٩٧٠. إنّ الموقع الذي بُنيت فيه الكنيسة، له تاريخ مهمّ في التّراث المسيحيّ للبلدة؛ ففي القرون المسيحيّة الأولى، كانت تلك المنطقة مليئة بالقبور المحفورة بالصخر، و بعد ذلك بُني في العهد البيزنطيّ كنيسة في الموقع، تتضارب المعلومات حولها، فالبعض يتحدّث عن وجود ديرٍ على اسم القدّيس جاورجيوس، و البعض الآخر يتحدّث عن ثلاث كنائس تحمل احداها اسم القديس جاورجيوس. سنة ١٩٥٤، قرّر راعي الأبرشيّة هدم البناء القديم و اقامة كنيسة كبيرة مكانه بإسم كنيسة القدّيس جاورجيوس. رُمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠٠٩ وزُيّنت بالجداريّات.

St George’s Greek Orthodox Church - Anfe

It is the main parish church of the village, consecrated on the 17th of may 1970. The site has paleo Christian roots as it was a stone necropolis. Later on, during the Byzantine era, a monastery of St George was erected on the site. According to other sources, three churches one of them dedicated to St George were on the site. In 1954 the local bishop decided to build a bigger church on the site and dedicate it to St George. The church was restored in 2009 and decorated with Byzantine frescoes.
