كنيسة مار إدنا - عين عكرينتقوم كنيسة مار إدنا في خراج بلدة عين عِكرين. بنيت على عِدَّة مراحل على أنقاضٍ رومانيّة قديمة. فهي بسوقٍ واحدٍ بعقدٍ سريريّ يحتوي على حنيَّة مُكوَّرة، وثلاثة قناطر في الجدار الجنوبيّ. على الحائط الشماليّ، بقايا جِداريّة، تعود الى القرون الوسطى . في الكنيسة لوحة نادرة لمار إدنا مرسومة على النحاس، كما وجد في داخلها بقايا رومانيّة. ومار إدنا هو لقب سريانيّ لمار طراخونبوس وهو شهيد من القرن الثالث وشفيع الأذن.The church of St Edna - Aïn EkrinThe ancient church stands in the vicinity of Aïn Ekrin built several stages over roman ruins. It consist of one nave with a crib vault, ending with a semi circular apse. The southern wall consists of three arched windows. The church holds a rare icon of St Edna painted on copper, and many roman poteries. The church also holds a medieval fresco. Edna is a Syriac nickname given to St Trakhonios, a Third century martyr, and the patron saint of ears.

كنيسة مار بطرس وبولس - قرنة شهوان

شيّد أهالي قرنة شهوان كنيسةً بإسم الرسولين بطرس وبولس في أواخر القرن السابع عشر دفع معظم أكلافها الحاج مفرج غبريل، وكرّسها المطران الياس محاسب سنة ١٧٢٠. تجدّدت باتّفاق وتبرّعات سكان القرية عمومًا بسعي المطران بطرس الزغبي نحو سنة ١٩٠٨. تجدّد بناء الكنيسة عام ١٩١٢ في عهد الخوري إلياس زعرور كاهن الرعية، فأتت برسمها الباريسي آية قي الجمال والإبداع. سنة ١٩٩٦، رُممت الكنيسة و رُسمت الزجاجيات. الكنيسة بناء نيوغوطيّ الطراز.

The church of Sts. Peter and Paul - Cornet Chehwan

The church was built in the late 17th century, and the greater part of its expenses were covered by Hajj Moufarrej Ghobril. It was consecrated by Bishop Elias Mhaseb in 1720. Through the initiative of Fr. Elias Zaarour and the locals, it was rebuilt in 1912 and reconsecrated by Bishop Boutros el Zoghby. The church was reconstructed in a Neo-Gothic style with Parisian-inspired decorations. In 1996, it was renovated and stained glass windows were added.

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر فوق بقايا هيكل رومانيّ على يد الخوري يرد الحدشيتي. أواخر القرن التاسع عشر أُعيد بناؤها على يد الخوري مخايل الخوري يونس وأُتِمَّ سنة ١٨٩٩. اللوحات الثلاث الرئيسيّة من عمل داود القرم، أمّا الجداريّات فهي أحدث عهدًا تعود لمنتصف القرن العشرين وهي من عمل مالك شحيبر طوق.

The church was first built in the 17th century over the ruins of a roman temple by Fr. Yard of Hadshit. During the 19th century the church was rebuilt by Fr. Mikhael el Khoury Younes in 1899. The three main paintings were done by Dawoud al Qorm, The murals are more recent from the mid 20th century by Malek Chehaiber Tawk.

كنيسة مار شليطا - عندقت

الدّير الأوّل الذي بُني في الموضع يعود لأواخر القرون الوسطى. أمّا الكنيسة فتعود للقرن السابع عشر، تجدّدت عدّة مرّات وكان آخرها سنة ١٩٠٥ حين أخذت شكلها الحاليّ. الكنيسة مبنيّة بالحجر البازالتيّ الأسود، وهي عقد مُصالب ينتهي بحنية. تحوي الكنيسة لوحةً لمار شلّيطا من عمل الفنّان هارمانديان، تعود لسنة ١٩٣٥.

The first monastery built on the spot dates back to the low middle ages. The church was built in the XVIIth century and was restored many times. The current shape dates back to 1905.
