كنيسة مار إدنا - عين عكرينتقوم كنيسة مار إدنا في خراج بلدة عين عِكرين. بنيت على عِدَّة مراحل على أنقاضٍ رومانيّة قديمة. فهي بسوقٍ واحدٍ بعقدٍ سريريّ يحتوي على حنيَّة مُكوَّرة، وثلاثة قناطر في الجدار الجنوبيّ. على الحائط الشماليّ، بقايا جِداريّة، تعود الى القرون الوسطى . في الكنيسة لوحة نادرة لمار إدنا مرسومة على النحاس، كما وجد في داخلها بقايا رومانيّة. ومار إدنا هو لقب سريانيّ لمار طراخونبوس وهو شهيد من القرن الثالث وشفيع الأذن.The church of St Edna - Aïn EkrinThe ancient church stands in the vicinity of Aïn Ekrin built several stages over roman ruins. It consist of one nave with a crib vault, ending with a semi circular apse. The southern wall consists of three arched windows. The church holds a rare icon of St Edna painted on copper, and many roman poteries. The church also holds a medieval fresco. Edna is a Syriac nickname given to St Trakhonios, a Third century martyr, and the patron saint of ears.

كنيسة مار جاورجيوس للروم الأرثوذكس - أنفه

هي الكنيسة الرئيسيّة في البلدة. إنتهت عمليّة البناء بشكلها الحاليّ في ١٧ أيّار ١٩٧٠. إنّ الموقع الذي بُنيت فيه الكنيسة، له تاريخ مهمّ في التّراث المسيحيّ للبلدة؛ ففي القرون المسيحيّة الأولى، كانت تلك المنطقة مليئة بالقبور المحفورة بالصخر، و بعد ذلك بُني في العهد البيزنطيّ كنيسة في الموقع، تتضارب المعلومات حولها، فالبعض يتحدّث عن وجود ديرٍ على اسم القدّيس جاورجيوس، و البعض الآخر يتحدّث عن ثلاث كنائس تحمل احداها اسم القديس جاورجيوس. سنة ١٩٥٤، قرّر راعي الأبرشيّة هدم البناء القديم و اقامة كنيسة كبيرة مكانه بإسم كنيسة القدّيس جاورجيوس. رُمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠٠٩ وزُيّنت بالجداريّات.

St George’s Greek Orthodox Church - Anfe

It is the main parish church of the village, consecrated on the 17th of may 1970. The site has paleo Christian roots as it was a stone necropolis. Later on, during the Byzantine era, a monastery of St George was erected on the site. According to other sources, three churches one of them dedicated to St George were on the site. In 1954 the local bishop decided to build a bigger church on the site and dedicate it to St George. The church was restored in 2009 and decorated with Byzantine frescoes.

أنطش مار يوسف - بسكنتا

سنة ١٧٧٠ بدأ أهالي بسكنتا ببناء كنيسة على إسم القدِّيس يوسف، لكنّ البناء تعثّر. فكان ذلك سببًا لدعوة الرهبانيَّة اللبنانيَّة إلى تسلُّمها، سنة ١٧٧١، بناءً على طلب الأهالي. مقابل ذلك، كان على الرهبانيَّة أن تنشئ مدرسةً لتعليم الأحداث وإرشاد القريب في الأمور الروحيَّة. أتمَّت الرهبانيَّة، سنة ١٧٧٦، تشييد الكنيسة، وأنشأت مدرسةً على اسم القدِّيس يوسف، فكانت أقدم مدرسةٍ في بسكنتا، تهتمُّ بتعليم الأولاد مبادئ الدين والأخلاق، واللغتَين السريانيَّة والعربيَّة.

The presbytery of St Joseph - Baskinta

In 1770 the locals of Baskinta began building a church dedicated to St Joseph, yet due to the lack of funds, they decided to hand the church to the Lebanese Maronite Order. The agreement was settled in 1771 and a school to teach the children and provide spiritual guidance was erected by the order. In 1776 the church was dedicated and the first Baskintan school opened providing a program that teaches Syriac, Arabic, Morals, and Catechism.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس البادوانيّ - بلّونة

بناها الشيخ فخر بن عبد الملك بن نوفل بن نادر الخازن ١٧٨٣، جُدّدت على يد أحفاد المؤسّس. هي كنيسة صغيرة ووقفيّة ذريّة لآل الخازن. اللوحة التصويريّة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاويّ.

The church of St Anthony of Padua - Ballouneh

The church was built by Sheikh Fakher son of Abdul Malek Al Khazen, in 1783. It was renewed many times by his descendants. The small church is a private familial chapel. The painting is the work of Kanaan Dib of Dlebta.
