كنيسة السيّدة الرعائيّة - العاقورةبنيت الكنيسة الأولى على أنقاض هيكلٍ رومانيّ كرّس للزهرة، أواسط القرن الخامس عشر، وكانت كنيسةً كبيرة حَوَت مكتبة مخطوطات مهمّة. رُممّت الكنيسة وجُدّدت عدّة مرّات لكنّ الكنيسة القديمة هُدُمت أواسط القرن العشرين لتبنى الكنيسة الحاليّة الأكبر. تحوي الكنيسة على بيت قربان رخاميّ من أثر الكنيسة القديمة، كذلك العديد من اللوحات المحليّة العائدة للقرنين السابع والثامن عشر.The Parish church of Our Lady - AqouraThe church was built over a roman temple dedicated to Venus, in the mid XVth century. The church had a rich manuscript library. It was restored many times, yet the old church was destroyed in the mid XXth century to make space for the new bigger church. The church holds the marble tabernacle of the old one and a collection of locally made paintings dating back to the XVIIth and XVIIIth century.

كرسيّ سيّدة الخلاص - بيت الدّين

بنى الأمير بشير الثاني قصرًا عائليًّا خاصًّا سنة ١٨٢٨ على رابيةٍ فوق بيت الدّين. سنة ١٨٦١ أهدى الإمبراطور نابوليون الثالث رتاجًا كبيرًا لمدخل القصر. سنة ١٨٦٣ إشترى المطران بطرس البستاني القصر من الأميرة حسن جهان وحوّله إلى كرسيّ أسقفيّ لأبرشيّة صيدا، على اسم مار شليطا الذي له كنيسة صغيرة داخل المبنى. سنة ١٩٢٧ بنى المطران أغوسطينوس البستاني كنيسة سيّدة الخلاص بنمط عصر النهضة بما تضمّ من زجاجيّات ومذابح ولوحات. تعرّض البناء للضرر خلال الحرب العالميّة الثانية وحرب الجبل. رمّم وشهد مصالحة الجبل سنة ٢٠٠٠ مع البطريرك نصرالله صفير الذي أخذ من الكرسيّ مقرًّا له.

The episcopal seat of our Lady of Deliverance - Beit el Din

In 1828 Prince Bachir II Chehab built a private palace on the outskirts of Beit el Din. Empror Napoleon III gave the palace a grand entry gate. In 1863 princess Hesn Jihan sold the palace to Archbishop Boutros el Boustany who made it the episcopal seat of the eparchy of Sidon, dedicated to St Chalita (Artemius) who had a small chapel inside the building. In 1927 Archbishop Augustin el Boustany built the church of Our Lady of Deliverance in a renaissance style. The building was damaged in World War II and the Lebanese civil war. The structure was restored and saw the pact of reconciliation in the year 2000 with Patriarch Nasrallah Sfeir.

كنيسة مار جرجس - بسكنتا

بنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة سنة ١٧٦٣ على أنقاض برجٍ صليبيّ. تتألف الكنيسة من صحنٍ كبير ينتهي بالحنية والمذبح، وعلى جهة الجنوب صحن آخر أعلى من مستوى الكنيسة ينتهي بمذبح مكرّس للقدّيسة تقلا. تحوي الكنيسة أيقونة مارونيّة للسيّدة تعود للقرن السابع عشر، أمّا لوحة مار جرجس فهي غربيّة الصنع.

The church of St George - Baskinta

The current church was built in 1763, over an old crusader’s tower. The church consists of a great nave ending with the apse and the altar. A smaller nave on the southern side is higher than the church ending with a small altar dedicated to St Thecla. The church holds a XVIIth century Maronite icon of the Madona, and a European painting of St George.

كنيسة السيّدة - بقرقاشا

البناء الحاليّ يعود لسنة ١٨١٠، وبالأصل هو ديرٌ قديمٌ مبنيٌّ على اسم مار نوهرا. عندما بنيت الكنيسة الرعائيّة الكبيرة أوائل القرن العشرين، تحوّلت هذه الكنيسة لشفاعة السيّدة. يتألف البناء من عقدٍ مُصالبٍ ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. رمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠١٩. لوحة السيّدة، أيقونةٌ محليّة الصنع غير موقّعة، تعود لمدرسة القرن السادس عشر.

The church of our Lady - Bqorqasha

The current church dates back to 1810. It was originally dedicated to St Nohra (Logius). When the current parish church was built in the beginning of the XXth century, this church was dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The structure consists of an arched vault with a semi circular apse. The church was restored in 2019. It holds a local icon of the virgin dating back to the XVIth century.
