كنيسة السيّدة الرعائيّة - العاقورةبنيت الكنيسة الأولى على أنقاض هيكلٍ رومانيّ كرّس للزهرة، أواسط القرن الخامس عشر، وكانت كنيسةً كبيرة حَوَت مكتبة مخطوطات مهمّة. رُممّت الكنيسة وجُدّدت عدّة مرّات لكنّ الكنيسة القديمة هُدُمت أواسط القرن العشرين لتبنى الكنيسة الحاليّة الأكبر. تحوي الكنيسة على بيت قربان رخاميّ من أثر الكنيسة القديمة، كذلك العديد من اللوحات المحليّة العائدة للقرنين السابع والثامن عشر.The Parish church of Our Lady - AqouraThe church was built over a roman temple dedicated to Venus, in the mid XVth century. The church had a rich manuscript library. It was restored many times, yet the old church was destroyed in the mid XXth century to make space for the new bigger church. The church holds the marble tabernacle of the old one and a collection of locally made paintings dating back to the XVIIth and XVIIIth century.

هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة بُنيت سنة ١٨٨١. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مصالبٍ ينتهي بحنية. شفيع الكنيسة هو مار يوحنّا المعمدان ويُحتفل بعيده يوم قطع رأسه في ٢٩ آب. تضم الكنيسة لوحةً تمثل حدث استشهاد يوحنّا المعمدان، ونقش على الباب بمثل عماد المسيح.

The church of St John - Zebdine

The church is Zebdine’s parrochial church, it was built in 1881. It consists of a cribbed vault. The church is dedicated to St John the Baptist and it commemorates him on the 29th of August the feast of his martyrdom. The church holds a painting depicting the martyrdom of St John and an ornate wooden door depicting the Theophany.

كنيسة تجلّي الربّ - غابة الأرز
بدأ البناء سنة ١٨٤٤ مع الخوري يوحنا شبيعا، بموجب مرسوم بطريركيّ في عهد البطريرك يوسف حبيش. أُكمل البناء على مراحل سنتي ١٩٣٦ و١٩٨٣، وُرمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. المذبح مصنوع من خشب الأرز المحفور من عمل الحرفيّ سليم أبي قبلان جعجع. أيقونة التجليّ تنتمي للمدرسة المقدسيّة.

The church of the Transfiguration of the Lord - The Cedar forest

The church was first built in 1844 by Fr Youhanna Shebaiaa, with a decree from Patriarch Youssef Hobeich. The construction was reworked in 1936 and 1983. The church was restored in 1990. The high altar is made of cedar wood by the craftsman Selim Abi Qabalaan Geagea. The icon of the Transfiguration is an issue from the school of Jerusalem.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الجديدة - ميروبا

بنيت الكنيسة أواسط القرن العشرين، بهندسة حديثة. مدخلها كلاسيكيّ الهندسة. لوحة مار أنطونيوس البادوانيّ غير موقّعة، تتميّز كون القدّيس يتلقى البركة من الطفل يسوع وهو يضمّ يديه بشكل صليب.

The new church of St Anthony of Padua - Mayrouba

The church was built in the middle of the XXth century. The entrance has neoclassical motifs. St Anthony’s painting is not signed and is original, representing the saint getting the blessing from the Child Jesus having his hands crossed.
