كنيسة السيّدة الرعائيّة - العاقورةبنيت الكنيسة الأولى على أنقاض هيكلٍ رومانيّ كرّس للزهرة، أواسط القرن الخامس عشر، وكانت كنيسةً كبيرة حَوَت مكتبة مخطوطات مهمّة. رُممّت الكنيسة وجُدّدت عدّة مرّات لكنّ الكنيسة القديمة هُدُمت أواسط القرن العشرين لتبنى الكنيسة الحاليّة الأكبر. تحوي الكنيسة على بيت قربان رخاميّ من أثر الكنيسة القديمة، كذلك العديد من اللوحات المحليّة العائدة للقرنين السابع والثامن عشر.The Parish church of Our Lady - AqouraThe church was built over a roman temple dedicated to Venus, in the mid XVth century. The church had a rich manuscript library. It was restored many times, yet the old church was destroyed in the mid XXth century to make space for the new bigger church. The church holds the marble tabernacle of the old one and a collection of locally made paintings dating back to the XVIIth and XVIIIth century.

دير مار يوسف للآباء الكرمليّبن – بشرّي

تعود رسالة الآباء الكرمليّين في منطقة بشرّي إلى أواخر القرن السابع عشر. سكنوا أوّلاً دير مار أليشاع القديم وانتقلوا سنة ١٧٠٤ إلى دير مار سركيس. في ٩ آذار سنة ١٩٠٥، قام الأب سيريل دي سانتا ماريا، النائب الرسولي لجبل الكرمل، بزيارة بشرّي فاستقبله الأهالي وطالبوه بتوسيع الرسالة وإقامة مدارس. بدأ أبناء بشرّي البناء بمساعدات من فرنسا وبلجيكا وألمانيا سنة ١٩٠٨. سنة ١٩١٠ أكمل الأب جيوسيبي داربينو الجناح بناء الدّير والكنيسة، بمساعدة الكاردينال غوتي. الكنيسة كناية عن سوقٍ واحد بحنية نصف دائريّة وسقفٍ بغداديّ. الكنيسة مزيّنة بجدرانيّات للرسّام جرجس ديب الأورشليميّ وتمثل عدّة مشاهد من وحي روحانيّة الكرمل. يُعرف الدّير محليًّا "بالبادريّة" وهي تعريب لكلمة بادري أي الأب.

The Carmelite Convent of St Joseph - Bcharreh

The Carmelite mission Bcharreh goes back to the late XVIIth century. The fathers resided in St Elishah and moved in 1704 to St Sergius. On the 9th of March 1905 the Carmelite provincial Cyril Da Santa Maria visited the town and was demanded by the locals to enlarge the mission and build schools. After that the locals began building with financial help from France, Belgium, and Germany in 1908. Construction was completed in 1910 with Padre Joseppe Darbino who completed the building with the church with the help of Cardinal Gotti. The church consists of a single roofed nave with a semi circular apse. The church is decorated with frescoes by Gerges Dib from Jerusalem.

كنيسة مار الياس وادي العرايش - زحلة

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٨٦٦ بمسعى حبيب حريقة الذي إشترى الأرض عقب حوادث سنة ١٨٦٠. البناء مستطيل مسقوف. تحوي الكنيسة مذبحًا رخاميًّا منحوتًا، ولوحة لمار الياس. تضمّ الكنيسة العديد من المفارش التي تعود لأواخر القرن التاسع عشر. هي كنيسة محلّة وادي العرايش الرعائيّة.

The church was built in 1866 by Habib Harika who bought the land after the war of 1860. The church’s structure is roofed and contains a sculpted white marble altar. It also contains many holy furnishings from the late XIXth century. The church is Wadi el Arayesh’s Paris

كنيسة مار يعقوب المقطّع - دلبتا

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٧٦٤، وهي عقد مصالب بحنية واحدة وثلاث مذابح. هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة. رممّت للمرّة الأولى ما يين سنة ١٨٩٣ و١٨٩٤ وأقيم فيها المذبح الكبير. أمّا الترميم الثاني يعود لسنة ١٩٧٥. تحوي الكنيسة على مدفن المطران يوحنّا مراد رئيس أساقفة بعلبك (+١٩٣٧). كذلك على مجموعة كبيرة من اللوحات لكنعان ديب إبن البلدة تعود لأواخر القرن التاسع عشر.

The church of St Jacob the Persian - Dlebta

Built in 1764, it is the town’s parochial church. The structure is a crossed vault ending in a single apse with three altars. The church was restored between 1893 and 1894 when the current high altar was brought, and in 1975. In the church is buried Mgr. Youhanna Mrad (+1937) archbishop of Baalbek. The church holds a great number of paintings by Kanaan Dib the son of Dlebta, dating back to the late XIXth century.
