كنيسة السيّدة الرعائيّة - العاقورةبنيت الكنيسة الأولى على أنقاض هيكلٍ رومانيّ كرّس للزهرة، أواسط القرن الخامس عشر، وكانت كنيسةً كبيرة حَوَت مكتبة مخطوطات مهمّة. رُممّت الكنيسة وجُدّدت عدّة مرّات لكنّ الكنيسة القديمة هُدُمت أواسط القرن العشرين لتبنى الكنيسة الحاليّة الأكبر. تحوي الكنيسة على بيت قربان رخاميّ من أثر الكنيسة القديمة، كذلك العديد من اللوحات المحليّة العائدة للقرنين السابع والثامن عشر.The Parish church of Our Lady - AqouraThe church was built over a roman temple dedicated to Venus, in the mid XVth century. The church had a rich manuscript library. It was restored many times, yet the old church was destroyed in the mid XXth century to make space for the new bigger church. The church holds the marble tabernacle of the old one and a collection of locally made paintings dating back to the XVIIth and XVIIIth century.

The church of St George - Qartaba

It is the church of El Tahta street, built as a private chapel for the family of Moufarrej Geryes in the late XIXth century. The painting is the work of Kanaan Dib from Dlebta in 1873.

كنيسة السيّدة - وادي جزّين

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أواخر القرن الثامن عشر وهي كنيسة صغيرة بسقف خشبيّ بهبة من الشيخ بشير جنبلاط. نجت هذه الكنيسة بأعجوبة من الخراب خلال أحداث ١٨٤٠ حين حاول المعتدون إحراق السقف الخشبيّ فلم يحترق وسنة ١٨٦٠ حين وريت بالضباب. سنة ١٨٩٠ أخذت الكنيسة شكلها الحاليّ، لكنّ البناء لم يكتمل إلّا سنة ١٩٠٣ بسعي أبناء البلدة في الأرجنتين. في الكنيسة لوحتان للسيّدة إحداهما تعود للقرن الثامن عشر، والأخرى تعود لسنة ١٩٠١ من عمل الياس الأسمر كرم.

The church of Our Lady - Wadi Jezzine

The first church was built in the XVIIIth century, it was a small church with a wooden ceiling, on a plot of land donated by Sheikh Bachir Joumblat. The church was miraculously saved from being burned in 1840, and was hidden by a thick fog from the eyes of the aggressors during the war of 1860. In 1890 the church took its final shape with a stone vaulted ceiling. the church was finally completed in 1903. The church holds two paintings of the Virgin Mary: an XVIIIth century icon , and another one from 1901 by Elias Asmar Karam.

محبسة مار سمعان العاموديّ - بقرقاشا

هذه المحبسة المبنيّة في حرف شيرٍ صخريّ، تعود للقرون الوسطى. بحسب البطريرك الدويهيّ بنتها سنة ١١١٢ تقلا إبنة الخوري باسيل البشرّاني على إسم مار جرجس ومار ضوميط، وما برحت وتحوّلت على اسم مار سمعان العاموديّ. يشهد على ذلك كتاب الريش قُريان السريانيّ الخاص بالمحبسة، الذي يعود لسنة ١٢٤٢، وهو محفوظ في جامعة السلامانكا.

St Simon the stylite hermitage - Bqorqasha

The hermitage is built on the slope of a rocky cliff in the holy valley of Qannoubin. It dates back according to patriarch Stephen Al Douwaihy to year 1112 when Thekle the daughter of a priest named Basil of Bsharre built a hermitage dedicated to Sts George and Doumith, that was rededicated to St Simon the stylite. A Syriac lectionary proper to the hermitage, the Rish Qoryan, dating back to 1242, that was discovered and conserved in Salamanca’s university, attests this story.
