كنيسة مار يوحنّا المعمدان - كفركخلي عمشيت بُنيت كنيسة أولى في الموضع سنة ١٧٥٠ على اسم مار روحانا. أواخر القرن التاسع عشر وُسِّعت على شكل عقدٍ مُصالبٍ وكُرّست على اسم مار يوحنّا المعمدان لتُصبح كنيسةً رعائيّة. تضمّ الكنيسة ثلاث لوحات محليّة الصنع: عماد المسيح، مار روحانا ومار يوسف. The church of St John the Baptist - Kfarkekhly Amchit The first church was built in 1750 and dedicated to St Rouhana. The current large crossed vaulted structure was built in the late XIXth century and dedicated to St John the Baptist as a parochial church. The church holds three locally made paintings: The Theophany, St Rouhana, St Joseph.

The church dates back to the Phoenician era with a high vault. The great frensh orientalist Ernest Renan retraced its history with its huge stone pillars. The church had a great Phoenician tympant with two snakes revolving around a globe. The huge stone was taken to the Louvre museum by Renan.
The final stage and most recent construction dates back to 1870 when the church was rededicated by bishop Yousef el Marid.

تعود الى العهد الفينيقي لأنها مبنيّة بعقد قصبة مرتفعة وكانت معبدًا وثنيًّا.
أشار إرنست رينان الى وجود اعمِدة أثريّة استُعملت في مداميك البناء. رُمّمت وزيد عليها مع تعاقب المراحل التاريخيّة.
رينان انتزع عتبة الكنيسة وأرسلها الى متحف اللوفر في باريس، وهي تحمل نقشًا من الرموز التي كانت شائعةً في الدين الفينيقي يمثّل كرةً تلتفُّ حولها حيّاتٌ مجتمعة الأذناب في أعلاها
رُمِّمت هذه الكنيسة عدَّة مرّات، وكُرِّست عام 1870 بيد المطران يوسف المريض. وصورة مار جرجس فيها هي بريشة الرسّام بولس شلافك

كنيسة مار يوسف - بتدين اللقش

بنيت الكنيسة الأولى أوائل القرن التاسع عشر وكانت صغيرةً تعرضت للتخريب بعد حوادث سنة ١٨٦٠. سنة ١٨٧٠ بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة بشكل عقدٍ مُصالبٍ. تضمّ الكنيسة لوحتين الأولى للعائلة المقدّسة وهي أيقونة من المدرسة الأورشليميّة تعود لأواسط القرن التاسع عشر أمّا الثانية فهي لوحة غربيّة من أوائل القرن العشرين.

The Church of St. Joseph- Bteden Al-Laqsh

The Church of St. Joseph in Bteden Al-Laqsh has a rich history dating back to the early XIXth century. The original church was constructed in the first half of the 1800s but was unfortunately vandalized during the events of 1860. In response, a new church was constructed in 1870 with a cross-vaulted architectural style. Today, the church is known for its stunning interior, which contains two significant paintings. The first is an icon of the Holy Family from the Jerusalemite school, dating back to the mid-XIXth century. The second is a classical painting from the early XXth century.
