محبسة مار سمعان العاموديّ وادي البواليع - عبيدات المحبسة عبارة عن تَجوِيفٍ مَحفُورٍ فِي الصَّخر، بِدَاخِله صُوَرٌ جُدرَانِيَّةٌ تعود إِلى القَرن الثَّاني عَشَر. مِن بَينِ هِﺬهِ الجُدرَانِيّات رَسمُ الشفاعة، وَكِتَابَةٌ سِرَيَانِيَّةٌ لَم يَبقَ منهَا وَمِن الرُّسُومِ إلّا القَلِيل بِسَبَب عَوَامِل الطَّبِيعَة وَجَهل الإِنسَان. يَتمُّ الصُعُودُ إِلَى غُرَفِ الدَّير بِوَاسِطة سَلَالِم خَشَبِيَّةٍ وَأُخرَى حَدِيدِيَّةٍ مُستَحدَثَةٍ.تُجَاوِرُ دَيرَ مَار سِمعَان كَنِيسَة مَارت مُورَا، وَهِيَ عِبَارَةٌ عَن نَقرٍ في الصَخرِ.بحسب الخبراء جداريّات عبيدات تعودُ لراسم جداريّات كنيسة مار تادرس بحديدات. The hermitage of St Simeon the stylite in Wadi al-Bouwayli'e - 'Abeydat The monastery is a hollowed-out cavity in the rock, containing frescoes dating back to the XIIth century. Among these wall paintings is the depiction of the deisis, as well as Syriac inscriptions, of which only a few remain due to natural factors and human ignorance. Access to the monastery's chambers is achieved through newly installed wooden and iron ladders. Adjacent to the Mar Simeon monastery is the St Moura's Church, which is a carved cave in the rock. According to experts, the wall paintings in 'Abeydat belong to the same artist who painted the wall paintings in the Mar Tadros Church in Behadidat. La Ermita de San Simeón el estilita en Wadi al-Bouwayli'e - 'Abeydat El monasterio es una cavidad excavada en la roca, que contiene frescos que datan del siglo XII. Entre estas pinturas murales se encuentra la representación de la deisis, así como inscripciones siríacas, de las cuales, debido a factores naturales y la ignorancia humana, solo quedan unas pocas. Para acceder a las cámaras del monasterio se utilizan las escaleras de hierro y madera recién instaladas. Colindante al monasterio de San Simeon se encuentra la iglesia de San Moura, que es una cueva tallada en la roca. Según los expertos, las pinturas murales de 'Abeydat pertenecen al mismo artista que pintó las pinturas murales de la iglesia de San Tadros en Behadidat.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الكبير القديمة - الرميلة

هي كنيسة بعقدٍ سريريٍّ وحنية واحدة، تعود للقرون الوسطى. بدايةً بنى هذا المكان المسلمون الشيعة، بدليل إتجاه البناء نحو الجنوب وليس الشرق، كما هي عادة الكنائس. في القرن الثامن عشر، وبعد معارك مع الدروز ترك الشيعة البلدة وأسكنوا الموارنة مكانهم، وأعطوهم البناء فحوّلوه إلى كنيسةٍ على اسم مار أنطونيوس الكبير. تعرّضت الكنيسة للتخريب خلال الحرب الأهليّة اللبنانيّة سنة ١٩٨٥، ورمّمت في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين.

The church of St Anthony the Great - Rmeileh

The church is a medieval crib vaulted structure. In the beginning, the building was built by the Chiites, for this reason it is oriented to the south and not to the east like other churches. In the XVIIIth century the Chiites left the village after their battles with the Druze. The Maronites came along and settled in and were given the old shrine that was converted into a church dedicated to St Anthony the Great. The church was severely sabotaged during the Lebanese civil war in 1985, and it was renovated a decade later.

كنيسة مار أليشاع - عمشيت

سنة ١٨٠٧ بدأ بناء الكنيسة على يد فارس شاهين يوسف كرم، وكرّست سنة ١٨١٤. البناء كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالبٍ، مقسوم إلى قسمين مفصولين بشعريّة خشبيّة. سنة ٢٠٠٦ أثناء الترميم ظهرت في الكنيسة رسوماً جدرانية في حنية المذبح تعود إلى زمن بنائها. تضمّ الكنيسة مذبحًا إنعاميًّا مُغفّرًا من البابا لاون الثالث عشر. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحة لمار إليشاع من عمل جوستي، لوحة لمار شليطا من عمل عبدالله مطر اللحفدي ولوحة لمار روكز.

The church of St Elishah - Amshit

In 1807 the construction of the church began with Fares Chahin Youssef Karam, it was completed in 1814. The structure is a crossed vault cut in half with a wooden rood screen. In 2006 during restoration, XIXth century frescoes appeared in the apse. The high altar is a privileged altar by decree of pope Leo XIII. The church holds a painting by Josty depicting St Elishaa, a painting of St Chalita by Abdalla Matar El Lehfedy and a painting of St Roch.

كنيسة مار روكز - الفراديس

الكنيسة الأولى هي محبسة في أعلى القرية تعود للقرون الوسطى. بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة وسط البلدة في القرن التاسع عشر، هي كنيسة صغيرة بعقدٍ مصالب، قبّتها تعود لسنة ١٩٥٤. تضم الكنيسة لوحةً لمار روكز عمل حنّا رفوّل دحدح سنة ١٩٥٧. على بيت القربان نقشٌ لطائر الفينيق رمزٌ القيامة.

The church of St Roch - Fradis

The first church was a medieval hermitage on the edge of the village. In the mid XIXth century the current church was built in the middle of the vill’age. The structure consists of a single small crossed vault, the bell tower was added in 1954. The church holds a painting of St Roch by Hanna Raffoul Dahdah from 1957. The tabernacle has a phoenix engraving on it’s door symbolizing Ressurection.
