بُنيت سنة ١٨٩٨ عندما اوقف يوسف روفايل جبّور ارض الملّاحة لبناء كنيسة. مؤلّفة من سوق واحدة مليّسة وهي من الحجر المصقوب المغطى بالقرميد. اللوحة من عمل سليم صليبا سنة ١٩٢٧.The church was built in 1898 when Joseph Rafael Jabbour gave the land of Al Malaha to build a church. The church is a single nave built in yellow stone. The painting is the work of Salim Saliba dating back to 1927

كنيسة سيّدة الورديّة الدلغانة - دير القمر

بنيت في ثلاثينيّات القرن الثامن عشر، وأتمّ البناء سنة ١٧٦٠ على يد الأب متّى الحكيم الحلبيّ طبيب أمراء دير القمر. تُلاصق الكنيسة كابيلا سيّدة الرحمة وهي تعود للنصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر. تحوي الكنيسة على العديد من اللوحات التصويريّة أهمّها لوحة سيّدة الورديّة وهي من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي سنة ١٨٦٤، ومار يوسف لنجيب شكري تعود لسنة ١٩١٠.

The church of Our Lady of the Rosary El Delghane - Deir el Qamar

The church was built in the third decade of the the XVIIIth century. The construction was concluded in 1760 under the supervision of Fr Matta el Hakim from Aleppo who was the personal doctor of Deir el Qamar’s princes. Adjacent to the church stands a small chapel dedicated to our Lady of Mercy dating back to the second half of the XIXth century. The church holds many paintings inculding Our Lady of the Rosary by Kanaan Dib dating back to 1864 and St Joseph by Najib Chukry dating back to 1910.

كنيسة مار يوسف - عشقوت

كنيسة مار يوسف في محلّة جبل عشقوت، تم تشييدها سنة ١٩٢٦. الكنيسة وقف لآل موسى بنوها لبُعد مساكنهم عن البلدة. الكنيسة صغيرة عبارة عن عقدٍ مصالبٍ، إختبأ فيها الفراريّة خلال الحرب العالميّة الثانية.

The Church of St. Joseph - Ashqout

The Church of St. Joseph is located in the mountains surrounding Ashqout and was built in 1926 as a private chapel for the Moussa family. They built it because their homes were far away from the village center. The church is a small crossed vault and housed fleeing outlaws during World War II.

كنيسة السيّدة الكبرى - بيت شباب

الكنيسة الحاليّة مبنيّة على أنقاض كنيستين: الأولى مجهولة تاريخ البناء وكانت صغيرة واطئة بنيت قرب مصب الينبوع وكانت قائمة في القرن السادس عشر، الثانية وكانت تُعرف بسيّدة الجوزة، بدأ بناؤها سنة ١٧٠٣ في مكانها الحاليّ. كرّسها في ١٠ أيّار سنة ١٧١٦ البطريرك يعقوب عوّاد، جلب لوحاتها من روما الخورأسقف يوسف السمعاني. سنة ١٩٠٣ بوشر بناء الكنيسة الحاليّة، وهي بازيليكيّة الطراز بثلاث أسواق وعقدٍ بغداديّ، تحوي خمس مذابح رخاميّة. كرّسها سنة ١٩٤٠ الخورأسقف يوسف الحايك. رمّمت الكنيسة عدّة مرّات. وهي أكبر كنيسة في بيت شباب تشتهر بأبراج أجراسها.

The church of our Lady the Major - Beit Shabab

The current church was built over two older churches. The first one was built near the village’s water fountain, its history is unknown, yet it was in use during the XVIth century. The second one was in the current place, it was known as our Lady of the Walnut tree. Construction began in 1703 and it was consecrated by Patriarch Yaaqoub Awad on the 10th of May 1716. The paintings of the church were brought from Rome by Mgr Youssef el Semaani. The current church was built in 1903, it is a basilical structure with three naves and five marble altars. It was consecrated in 1940 by Mgr Youssef el Hayek. The church underwent many restorations, it is famous for the three bell towers on its facade
