كنيسة مار ميخائيل - سرعل بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن الثاني عشر. سنة ١٨٨٥ قرر الأهالي تشييد كنيسة جديدة. سنة ١٨٩٧ إنتهى بناء الكنيسة الجديدة. زيّن الكنيسة بالجداريّات الفنّان راجي دانيال السرعلي، سنة ١٩٥٥، وسنة ٢٠٠٢ رمّم اللوحات وزاد عليها الفنان حبيب خوري. رتّلت فيها السيّدة فيروز أناشيد الفصح سنة ٢٠١٠. تضمّ الكنيسة جثمان كاهنها الخوري يوسف أبي مارون معتوق الذي اشتهر بقداسة السيرة وبقي جسده سالمًا من الفساد. The church of St Michael - Sereel The first church was built in the XIIth century, and in 1889 the new church was built on top of it. The church was decorated with frescoes in 1955 by Daniel el Seraaly. In 2002 the frescoes were renovated and added upon by Habib Khoury. In 2012 Fairouz chose the church to sing the easter hymns. The church holds the remains of Fr Youssef Abi Maroun Maatouk who was a saintly figure and his body was incorruptible.

كنيسة السيّدة - وادي جزّين

بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى أواخر القرن الثامن عشر وهي كنيسة صغيرة بسقف خشبيّ بهبة من الشيخ بشير جنبلاط. نجت هذه الكنيسة بأعجوبة من الخراب خلال أحداث ١٨٤٠ حين حاول المعتدون إحراق السقف الخشبيّ فلم يحترق وسنة ١٨٦٠ حين وريت بالضباب. سنة ١٨٩٠ أخذت الكنيسة شكلها الحاليّ، لكنّ البناء لم يكتمل إلّا سنة ١٩٠٣ بسعي أبناء البلدة في الأرجنتين. في الكنيسة لوحتان للسيّدة إحداهما تعود للقرن الثامن عشر، والأخرى تعود لسنة ١٩٠١ من عمل الياس الأسمر كرم.

The church of Our Lady - Wadi Jezzine

The first church was built in the XVIIIth century, it was a small church with a wooden ceiling, on a plot of land donated by Sheikh Bachir Joumblat. The church was miraculously saved from being burned in 1840, and was hidden by a thick fog from the eyes of the aggressors during the war of 1860. In 1890 the church took its final shape with a stone vaulted ceiling. the church was finally completed in 1903. The church holds two paintings of the Virgin Mary: an XVIIIth century icon , and another one from 1901 by Elias Asmar Karam.

بنيت سنة ١٨٢٧ عندما نزح آل كرم من يانوح الى قرطبا وطلبوا بناء كنيسة من مشايخ آل حمادة الذين أذنوا بناء كنيسة في الحرزمانة أي في المكان عينه حيث جرى الوفاق حيث كانت توجد بقايا رومانيّة. وبُنيت بالعونة بين أهالي قرطبا. بُنيت الكنيسة على مرحلتين وتصالبت أسواق العقد بشكل L وأُلغي الباب القديم أواخر القرن التاسع عشر. اللوحة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي سنة ١٨٣٢.


The church of Our Lady of Herezmeny - Qartaba
The church was built in 1827 when the Karam family moved from Yanouh to Qartaba. The family made a deal with the sheikhs of the Hamade family to build a church in the Herezmeny land where stood some roman ruins. The church was built with the villagers' voluntary work and effort. In the late 19th century a vault was added to the main building that ended up with an L shape. The painting is the work of Kanaan Dib and dates back to 1832

دير مار يوسف - بان

سنة ١٨٠٩ في عهد الأب العام سمعان الخازن، أوقف أهالي بلدَتي بان وكفرصعاب عقارات للرهبانيّة اللبنانيّة المارونيّة بغية إنشاء مدرسة لتعليم أبناء البلدة. تحوّلت في ستينيّات القرن العشرين الى ديرِ قانونيّ. تحوي الكنيسة بيت قربان خشبيّ مذهّب ومذخّرين رومانيّين، ثلاث لوحات غربيّة الصنع، ولوحتين مشرقيّتين للعائلة المقدّسة ومار أفرام من القرن التاسع عشر.

The monastery of St Joseph - Ban

In 1809 during the mandate of Abbot Simon el Khazen, the villagers of Ban and Kfarsghab donated land to the Lebanese Maronite Order to build a school. During the sixties the school was converted into a canonical monastery. The church holds a gilded wooden tabernacle with two reliquaries, three western paintings, and two local XIXth century ones of The holy family and St Ephrem.
