كنيسة مار جرجس - رميش تأسّست الكنيسة الأولى سنة ١٧٤٠، مع قدوم الموارنة إلى البلدة. تعرّضت هذه الكنيسة للتخريب جرّاء الزلازل والحروب عدّة مرّات. أُعيد بناؤها بالشكل الحاليّ سنة ١٩٢٩ ورمّمتها مديريّة الآثار سنة ١٩٩٥. الكنيسة كناية عن سوقٍ واحدٍ مستطيل مسقوف بسقفٍ بغداديّ. مذبحها رخاميّ يحوي نقشًا لمار جرجس. وتحوي الكنيسة لوحتين للسيّدة ومار جرجس. The church of St George - Rmeish The church was founded in 1740 when the first Maronites came to the village. It was damaged many times due to wars and earthquakes. It took its current form in 1929, and was restored in 1995. The structure is a single roofed rectangular nave with a wooden ceiling. The main altar contains a marble Bas-Relief of St George. The church holds two local paintings: the Madonna and St George.

كنيسة مار سركيس وباخوس - رشدبين

هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة بُنيت حوالي سنة ١٩٠٥ مكان كنيسة أقدم عهدًا. رُمّمت الكنيسة على عدّة مراحل، وهي مؤلّفة من سوق واحد وعقدٍ مصالب. اللوحة القديمة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي تعود لسنة ١٨٥٨. أمّا اللوحة الجديدة فهي من عمل هارمانديان وتعود لسنة ١٩٥٩.

The church of Sts Sergius and Bacchus - Reshdebine

The church is the parochial church of the village, built in 1905 on the site of an older church. The church was restored on several occasions, it consists of a single apse with a crossed vault. The church holds two paintings of the patron saints: the older one by Kannan Dib from 1858, and the new one by Harmanedian from 1959.

دير الصليب ومحابس مار بسكوان ومار سلوان - وادي حولات حدشيت

دير الصليب يعود للقرون الوسطى، هو دير عاصٍ فيه كنيسة بخورسين. في الحنيتين جداريّات بيزنطيّة بكتابة سريانيّة تمثّل في إحداها الرسل والأخرى البشارة. على الجدار الشماليّ جداريّة الصلب وتشبه الى حدٍّ كبير منمنمة رابولا وتنتمي للمدرسة السريانيّة. وضع الجداريّات مذرٍ بفعل مرور الزمن والتخريب. في سفح الجبل قرب الدّير محبستين، الأولى لمار بسكوان وهو شفيع الإستعداد للموت عند أهالي حدشيت، والأخرى لمار سلوان.

The Monastery of the Holy Cross and the hermitages of Sts Beskwan and Silwan - The valley of Houlat Hadsheet

The monastery of the Holy Cross is a medieval monastery in the Holy Valley. The main church is a double apse structure decorated by byzantine frescoes with Syriac inscriptions depicting on one apse the apostles and on the other the Annunciation. On the northern wall there is a fresco of the crucifixion from the Syriac school of iconography, most probably a reproduction of Rabbula’s miniatures. The frescoes are in dire condition due to time and sabotage. In the cliff of the mountain near the monastery stand two hermitages: St Beskwan the patron of the preparation for death to the people of Hadsheet and St Silwan the athonite.
