كنيسة مار الياس الحيّ - قرطبابُنيت الكنيسة الأولى منتصف القرن السادس عشر ورُمّمت سنة ١٥٥٦، وأعيد البناء سنة ١٨٤٦. أمّا البناء بشكله الحاليّ فيعود إلى سنة ١٩٠٣. وهي كنيسة بازيليكيّة بثلاثة أسواق وثلاث مذابح. تحوي الكنيسة مجموعة من اللوحات لكنعان ديب وداوود القرم، كما ومجموعة من الزجاجيّات. واجهة الكنيسة مشغولة بالحجر المقصوب مزيّنة بجرسيّة وساعة طنّانة.The Church of St Elijah the prophet - QartabaThe first church was built in the middle of the XVIth century and restored in 1556, it was rebuilt twice in 1846 and 1903. The church is built according to a basilical plan with three naves and three altars. The church holds many XIXth century paintings by Kanan Dib and Daoud el Qorm. The church is decorated by stained glass windows. The exterior of the church is decorated with a bell tower with a clock.

كنيسة السيّدة - داريّا

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٨٦٠ على أنقاض كنيسة أخرى أقدم عهدًا، بسعي الخوري مارون العلم، وكرّسها المطران بولس موسى رئيس أساقفة طرابلس. رُمّمت سنة ١٩٨٤. تحوي الكنيسة على ثلاث مذابح: السيّدة وفوقه لوحة لداوود القرم تعود لسنة ١٨٨٤، قلب مريم الطاهر، ومار يوسف.

The church of Our Lady - Daraya

The church was built in 1860 over an older church, with the overseeing of Fr Maroun Al Alam. It was consecrated by Boulos Moussa Archbishop of Tripoli. The structure was restored in 1884. The church holds three altars: the main one is dedicated to the Virgin Mary with a painting drawn by Dawoud el Qorm dating back to 1884, The Immaculate Heart of Mary, and St Joseph.

كنيسة مار يوحنّا المعمدان الأثريّة - صليما

يعود بناء الكنيسة إلى سنة ١٦٥٨، فمع توافد الموارنة إلى البلدة شرعوا ببناء كنيسة. ساعدهم على بنائها الآباء الكبوشيّون الذين بدؤا رسالتهم في دير مار بطرس في البلدة وجلبوا لإعانة موارنة البلدة معونة ماديّة من الكاردينال ريوشوليو وزير الملك لويس الثالث عشر. سنة ١٦٨٤ كرّس المذبح البطريرك أسطفان الدويهيّ. البناء كناية عن عقدِ مُصالب، يتميّز ببابٍ فخمٍ قدّمه أمراء آل أبي اللمع. تعرضت الكنيسة للتخريب إبّان الحرب الأهليّة اللبنانيّة. ورمّمت في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين

St. John the Baptist Ancient Church - Salima

The construction of the church dates back to the year 1658 when the Maronites began to settle in the town and started building a church. The Capuchin fathers, who began their mission at the Monastery of St. Peter in the town, assisted them in its construction. They brought financial assistance from Cardinal Richelieu, the Minister of King Louis XIII, to support the Maronites of the town. In 1684, Patriarch Estephan Douaihy consecrated the altar. The building is in the shape of a crucifix and is distinguished by a magnificent door donated by the Al Abi Al Lamaa family. The church suffered damage during the Lebanese Civil War and was restored in the 1990s.

كنيسة سيّدة الإنتقال - دير

طحنيش بنى الموارنة الكنيسة مع قدومهم إلى البلدة سنة ١٧٠٥، وهي أقدم كنيسة مارونيّة في البقاع الغربيّ. الكنيسة صغيرة كناية عن سوقٍ واحد مسقوفة. سقف الكنيسة بغداديّ. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحةٍ للسيّدة منقولة عن موريللو تعود لأربعينات القرن العشرين. مع بداية القرن الحاليّ رُمّمت الكنيسة ورُسم على السقف لوحات تجريديّة.

The church of Our Lady of Assumption - Deir Tahnish

The maronites built the church in 1705 when they came to the village. It is the oldest maronite church in the West Bekaa region. The structure consists of a small single roofed nave. The church holds a painting copied from Murillo’s Immaculate conception dating back to the forties. The church was renovated in the last decade and the roof was decorated with abstract frescoes.
