كنيسة مار الياس الحيّ - قرطبابُنيت الكنيسة الأولى منتصف القرن السادس عشر ورُمّمت سنة ١٥٥٦، وأعيد البناء سنة ١٨٤٦. أمّا البناء بشكله الحاليّ فيعود إلى سنة ١٩٠٣. وهي كنيسة بازيليكيّة بثلاثة أسواق وثلاث مذابح. تحوي الكنيسة مجموعة من اللوحات لكنعان ديب وداوود القرم، كما ومجموعة من الزجاجيّات. واجهة الكنيسة مشغولة بالحجر المقصوب مزيّنة بجرسيّة وساعة طنّانة.The Church of St Elijah the prophet - QartabaThe first church was built in the middle of the XVIth century and restored in 1556, it was rebuilt twice in 1846 and 1903. The church is built according to a basilical plan with three naves and three altars. The church holds many XIXth century paintings by Kanan Dib and Daoud el Qorm. The church is decorated by stained glass windows. The exterior of the church is decorated with a bell tower with a clock.

كنيسة مار سركيس وباخوس - رشدبين

هي كنيسة البلدة الرعائيّة بُنيت حوالي سنة ١٩٠٥ مكان كنيسة أقدم عهدًا. رُمّمت الكنيسة على عدّة مراحل، وهي مؤلّفة من سوق واحد وعقدٍ مصالب. اللوحة القديمة من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي تعود لسنة ١٨٥٨. أمّا اللوحة الجديدة فهي من عمل هارمانديان وتعود لسنة ١٩٥٩.

The church of Sts Sergius and Bacchus - Reshdebine

The church is the parochial church of the village, built in 1905 on the site of an older church. The church was restored on several occasions, it consists of a single apse with a crossed vault. The church holds two paintings of the patron saints: the older one by Kannan Dib from 1858, and the new one by Harmanedian from 1959.

دير مار شلّيطا - تنوّرين الفوقا

من أقدم كنائس تنّورين، يرجّح البعض أن يكون البناء في الأصل هيكلاً وثنيًّا. الكنيسة مزدوجة بمذبحين: مار شليطا ومار جرجس، دلالة على أنّ الكنيسة تعود لأواسط العصر البيزنطيّ. دير مار شليطا يحوي نقوشًا مميّزة: صليب العاموديّين، الصليب الورديّ، والنجوم المثمّنة والمسدّسة. جرسها من عمل فارس النفّاع سنة ١٩٤٤. في الكنيسة لوحتين غير موقّعتين لمار جرجس ومار شليطا تعودا لما قبل القرن السادس عشر.

The monastery of St Challita - Tannourin el Fawka

It is one of the oldest churches in Tannourin, and used to be a pagan temple according to some sources. The double choir indicates that the structure dates back to the mid Byzantine era. The monastery of St Chalyta is finely built with rare encrypted geometric shapes on the apses : the rose cross, the cross of the stylite, the six and the eight pointed stars... The bell is done by of Fares el Nafah in 1944. In the church are two paintings for St Challita and St George dating back to the XVIth century and not signed.

طحنيش بنى الموارنة الكنيسة مع قدومهم إلى البلدة سنة ١٧٠٥، وهي أقدم كنيسة مارونيّة في البقاع الغربيّ. الكنيسة صغيرة كناية عن سوقٍ واحد مسقوفة. سقف الكنيسة بغداديّ. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحةٍ للسيّدة منقولة عن موريللو تعود لأربعينات القرن العشرين. مع بداية القرن الحاليّ رُمّمت الكنيسة ورُسم على السقف لوحات تجريديّة.

The church of Our Lady of Assumption - Deir Tahnish

The maronites built the church in 1705 when they came to the village. It is the oldest maronite church in the West Bekaa region. The structure consists of a small single roofed nave. The church holds a painting copied from Murillo’s Immaculate conception dating back to the forties. The church was renovated in the last decade and the roof was decorated with abstract frescoes.
