كنيسة مار الياس الحيّ - قرطبابُنيت الكنيسة الأولى منتصف القرن السادس عشر ورُمّمت سنة ١٥٥٦، وأعيد البناء سنة ١٨٤٦. أمّا البناء بشكله الحاليّ فيعود إلى سنة ١٩٠٣. وهي كنيسة بازيليكيّة بثلاثة أسواق وثلاث مذابح. تحوي الكنيسة مجموعة من اللوحات لكنعان ديب وداوود القرم، كما ومجموعة من الزجاجيّات. واجهة الكنيسة مشغولة بالحجر المقصوب مزيّنة بجرسيّة وساعة طنّانة.The Church of St Elijah the prophet - QartabaThe first church was built in the middle of the XVIth century and restored in 1556, it was rebuilt twice in 1846 and 1903. The church is built according to a basilical plan with three naves and three altars. The church holds many XIXth century paintings by Kanan Dib and Daoud el Qorm. The church is decorated by stained glass windows. The exterior of the church is decorated with a bell tower with a clock.

دير سيّدة البشارة الخازن لراهبات الزيارة - زوق مكايل

سنة ١٨٢٥ بعد وفاة الشيخ بشارة جفال الخازن، كرَّس البطريرك يوسف حبيش حارته ديراً على اسم سيّدة البشارة. كان الدير أوّلاً خاصًا ببنات عائلة الخازن، اللواتي نظمن حياتهنّ بحسب قانون مار فرنسيس السالسيّ لراهبات الزيارة. مع مرور الزمن أصبح الدير يستقبل كافة البنات اللواتي يُردن اعتناق الحياة الديريّة التأمليّة المحصنة. وراهبات الزيارة ما زلن يحافظن على نمط حياةٍ تقليديّ بحسب قانونهنّ. كنيسة الدّير مسقوفة، تتميَز بخوروس الراهبات الموجود آخر الكنيسة وهو أعلى من مستواها، خلف مكان جلوس العوام، يعلوه متخّتين للراهبات العجائز.

The monastery of the Annunciation Khazen for the Visitandine nuns - Zouk Mikael

In 1825 after Sheikh Bchara Jaffal el Khazen passed away, Patriarch Youssef Hbeich converted his estate into a nunnery dedicated to our Lady of the Annunciation. The nuns where essentially from the Khazen family and adopted the rule of St Francis of Sales for the visitandine sisters while remaining maronites. With time the monastery began to accept girls from outside of the Khazen family who wanted a strict observance and a contemplative way of life that is still practiced today. The chapel of the monastery is roofed, it is distinguishable by it’s nuns choir at the end of the church, and three mezzanines used by older nuns to participate in the liturgy.

كنيسة سيّدة الحقلة - بان

بنيت سنة ١٨٨٣ كما تشير البلاطة التذكاريّة. هي كابيلا صغيرة تابعة للرعيّة بجانب المدافن تتألف من سوق واحد ينتهي بالمذبح. زيد عليها قنطرة المدخل والقرميد أواخر القرن العشرين. لوحتها من صنع أوروبي تعود لسنة ١٩٢٣.

The church of Our Lady of the fields - Ban

The church was built in 1883 as it is shown by the epitaph. The church is a small chapel near the cemetery. It consists of one nave ending with the altar. A gateway and a tiled roof were added at the end of the XXth century. The painting is imported from Europe and dates back to 1923.

كنيسة مار بطرس - عبدين

بدأ بناء الكنيسة بسعي الخوري مخايل العلم وبمساعدة إخوته، حوالي سنة ١٨٩٣، وكان الفراغ من البناء سنة ١٩٠٠ كما ورد في محضر الزيارة الرعائيّة لجبّة بشرّي. نُقش الشعر على مدخلها سنة ١٩٢٣. في الكنيسة لوحة لمار بطرس من عمل جوزيف العلم تعود الى سنة ٢٠٠٥.

The church of St Peter - Abdyn

The church was built by the aid of Fr Michael El Alam with the help of his brothers in 1893. It was achieved in 1900 according to the pastoral visit record of Bcharre’s area in the same year. A poem was engraved on the frontal portico in 1923. The church holds a painting of St Peter by Joseph El Alam dating back to 2005.
