دير مار يوحنّا مارون - كفرحييروي التقليد أنّ القدّيس يوحنّا مارون، بنى الدير على أنقاض بيتٍ سكنه العبّاد يوم سيم اسقفًا على البترون في العام ٦٧٦، ونقل إليه هامة مار مارون وسمّاه ريش موران أي رأس مارون، وجعله كرسيّه بعد انتخابه بطريركًا سنة ٦٨٥. أقام في الدّير، البطاركة الموارنة المتعاقبون إلى دانيال الشاماتي. آل الدّير إلى الخراب بعد أن دمّره يوسف سيفا سنة ١٦٣٤. أعاد بناؤه البطريرك يوسف أسطفان سنة ١٧٨٧ وكرّسه على إسم مار يوحنّا مارون، وجعل فيه مدرسةً لتعليم الأحداث ما لبثت أن تحوّلت لإكليريكيّة سنة ١٨١٨ بأمر البطريرك يوحنّا الحلو. الديّر اليوم كرسيّ أساقفة البترون، وهو الشاهد على تاريخ الموارنة في لبنان.The monastery of St John Maroun - KfarhayAccording to tradition, St John Maroun built the first monastery when he was the bishop of Batroun in 676 over a hermitage, and brought to it the holy relic of the forehead of St Maroun and named it Rish Moran or the head of St Maroun. He made the monastery his patriarcal seat when he was elected in 685. The succeeding patriarchs lived in the monastery until Daniel el Shamaty. The monastery was destroyed by Youssef Sayfa in 1634.Patriarch Youssef Estfen rebuilt it with a school and consecrated it to St John Maroun, the school was transformed into a seminary in 1818 by a decree of Patriarch Youhanna el Helo.The monastery is now the seat of the bishops of Batroun, and the witness to the Maronite history.

كنيسة سيّدة الغسّالة - القبيات
بُنيت الكنيسة الأولى بالقرب من قناة جرًّ للمياه، كانت نساء القرية يغسلن ثيابهنّ بقربها أيّام السبوت، لذلك سمّي الموضع الغسّالة وحملت الكنيسة إسم سيّدة الغسّالة. بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة سنة ١٩٢٧ بمسعى من أبناء البلدة المغتربين. تتميّز الكنيسة أنّها مكسوّة الداخل بالكامل بالنقوش، تحوي عدّة جداريّات فريدة كجداريّة الذبيحة الإلهيّة حيث يظهر الكأس يعلوه النجم، وجداريّة الصدقة.

The first church was built on a site near an aqueduct where the village’s ladies used to wash their laundry hence the name in Arabic Ghessele invoking laundry washing. The first church held the name of the site. In 1927 the new church was built with donations made by Kobayaty expats. The church is covered on the inside with painted stucco. The church holds distinctive unique frescoes such as the fresco of the Holy Sacrifice with the distinctive oriental liturgical altar paraments, and the fresco of the alm.

كنيسة مار يوسف - القبع جزّين

بنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٠٠ بسعي عائلة غانم الذين جعلوا مدافنهم بقربها. جدّدت في ١٩ آذار سنة ١٩٦٣. الكنيسة صغيرة، تتبع رعيّة بلدة قيتولة جزّين، تضم لوحةً غربيّة الصنع لمار يوسف، وتتميّز بالنقوش والزخرفة على الجصّ.

The church of St Joseph - Eh Qobeh Jezzine

The church was built in 1900 by the Ghanem family who built their cemetery near it. It was renewed on the 19th of march 1963. The church is small, a dependency of the nearby Qaytouli’s parish. It possesses a classical painting of St Joseph. The church also contains intricate Gipson carvings.

كنيسه مار نوهرا - عين الدلبة

بُنيت الكنيسه أواسط القرن التاسع عشر ، وترمّمت على عدّة مراحل. هي مكرّسة على إسم مار نوهرا وهو لقبّ سريانيّ للقدّيس لوجيوس، يعني النور. اللوحة الاساسيّة من روما تعود لسنة ١٩١٠. أمّا اللوحة القديمة للقدّيس، فهِيَ من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي. في الكنيسه مذبحُ لعذراء غوادالوبي لوحته مستوردة من المكسيك سنة ١٩٢٠.

The church of St Nohra - Ain el Delbe

The church was built in the mid XIXth century, and restored many times. The church is consecrated to St Logiue who’s named nouhro, which is the syriac translation of the word "light". The painting over the high altar is made in Rome in 1910. The old one over the side altar is the work of Kanaan Dib. Another side altar is dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe, and it is a donation from the village’s expats in Mexico in 1920.
