كنيسة سيّدة الإنتقال - دير طحنيش بنى الموارنة الكنيسة مع قدومهم إلى البلدة سنة ١٧٠٥، وهي أقدم كنيسة مارونيّة في البقاع الغربيّ. الكنيسة صغيرة كناية عن سوقٍ واحد مسقوفة. سقف الكنيسة بغداديّ. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحةٍ للسيّدة منقولة عن موريللو تعود لأربعينات القرن العشرين. مع بداية القرن الحاليّ رُمّمت الكنيسة ورُسم على السقف لوحات تجريديّة. The church of Our Lady of Assumption - Deir Tahnish The maronites built the church in 1705 when they came to the village. It is the oldest maronite church in the West Bekaa region. The structure consists of a small single roofed nave. The church holds a painting copied from Murillo’s Immaculate conception dating back to the forties. The church was renovated in the last decade and the roof was decorated with abstract frescoes.

هي كنيسة صغيرة قائمة على أطراف البلدة. تاريخ بنائها مجهولُ، لكنّ هندستها تشير أنّها تعود للقرون الوسطى. الكنيسة عبارة عن قبو عقدٍ سريريٍّ ينتهي بحنية. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحة للمستشرق البولونيّ بول شلافاك تعود للقرن التاسع عشر.

The church of St Sophia - Zebdine

It is a small church in the village’s vicinity. The date it was built is unknown, yet its architecture is typical for the high middle ages.The church is a crypt with a crib vault ending with an apse. The church holds a painting by the polish orientalist Paul Shlavak.

كنيسة سيّدة المعونات - المعلّقة زحلة

الكنيسة قديمة العهد، تاريخ بنائها مجهولٌ. تعرّضت للتخريب في أحداث سنة ١٨٦٠. رمّمت من بعدها. بعد الحرب العالميّة الأولى أخذت الكنيسة شكلها الحاليّ: نمط بازيليكيّ بعقدٍ مصالب وسوقٍ واحد بواجهة حجرٍ مقصوبٍ مزخرف. نضمّ الكنيسة ثلاث مذابح من المرمر تعود لسنة ١٩٣٠: السيّدة، مار يوسف ومار يوحنّا مارون. رمّمت الكنيسة سنة ٢٠٠٨. تضمّ الكنيسة مدفن موسى بك نموّر رئيس مجلس النوّاب الأسيق.

The church of our Lady of Perpetual Help - Maalaka Zahle

The church”s year of construction is unknown, it was sabotaged during the war of 1860. The church took it’s current form after World War I : a basilical plan with one nave and a grand ornate facade on the western side. The church holds three marble altars dedicated to the Assumption, St Joseph, St John Maroun. The church was restored in 2008, and it enshrines the tomb of the late lebanese speaker of the parliament Moussa Bey Nammour.

كنيسة مار الياس - بجرّين
هي البناء الوحيد الباقي من قرية بجرّين التي هُجرت على إثر الحرب العالميّة الأولى. تعود للعهد الصليبيّ، وهي محافِظة على طابعها القديم فلا توجد فيها قبّة جرس. بناؤها بسيط، وتظهر على جدرانها بقايا جداريّات مخفيّة تحت طبقة الكلس.

The church of St Elias - Bjerrin

It is the only standing building in tbe village of Bjerrin that was abandoned after the World War I. The church dates back to the times of the Crusades, and still preserves a modest architecture without a bell tower. On the walls are visible the remains of medieval frescoes under a layer of stuco.
