بُنيَ الدّير على تلّةٍ في ضواحي زكريت على ضفاف نهر الكلب. الكنيسة القديمة بُنيت على أنقاض هيكلٍ وثنيّ عقب حملة المماليك على كسروان، وجُدِّدت سنة ١٦٨٥، بحسب كتاب تاريخ الأزمنة للبطريرك إسطفان الدويهيّ. إستلمت الرهبانيّة الأنطونيّة المارونيّة الكنيسة وبنت ديرًا سنة ١٧١٦. أمّا الكنيسة الجديدة فبنيت سنة ١٨١٠ بإعتناء الأمير حسن قاسم الشهابي، أيّام رئاسة الأب يوسف البشابيّ العامّة. لوحة مار عبدا هي من عمل داود القرم، سنة ١٨٨٤. وفي الكنيسة لوحة أُخرى للقدّيس من عمل أسعد رنّو. يقصد هذا الدّير المؤمنون طالبين شفاعة مار عبدا العجائبيّ خصوصًا النّساء العواقر والأطفال المرضى.Built on a hill in the vicinity of Zakrit near Nahr El Kalb, the first church was built over the ruins of a roman temple after the Mamluk’s campaign on Kesserwan and renovated in 1685 according to Patriarch Estephan El Douaihy in his book Tarikh al Azmina. The Antonine Maronite Order acquired the church and the monks built a new monastery in 1716. In 1810 a new church was built on top of the first one with the help of Prince Hassan Abou Qasem Shehab, when Fr Youssef al Bchabby was abbot. The main painting is the work of Dawoud el Qorm, dating back to year 1884. Another painting of the saint is kept in the church and is the work of Assad Renno. St Abda’s church is believed to be miraculous especially for baron ladies and sick children

كنيسة مار مارون - طرابلس

بُنيت الكنيسة وسط مدينة طرابلس سنة ١٩٥٦ في عهد المثلث الرحمات المطران أنطون عبد، صمّمها المهندس الإيطاليّ بيار أريكوني. نمطها بازيليكيّ بشكل صليب لاتينيّ وقبّة، مع برج ساعة في مقدّمها. تتميّز الكنيسة بمذابحها من رخام الكرارة الإيطاليّ وهي من عمل مؤسسة شبطيني الطرابلسيّة. كذلك تتميّز بالأثاث البيعيّ الغربيّ الطراز. رمّم البناء سنة ٢٠٠١ بسعي المثلث الرحمات المطران يوحنا فؤاد الحاج.

The church of St Maroun - Tripoli

The church was built in 1956 during the pontificate of Archbishop Antoun Abed. It was designed by the italian architect Pierre Ariconi according to a latin cross basilical plan with a transept and a dome. The church holds a bell tower with a clock on the western front. The church interior has a neo gothic style with carrera marble altars made by the Chabtiny association from Tripoli. The church aslo holds western style church furnishings. The building was restored in 2001 during the pontificate of Archbishop Youhanna Fouad el Hajj.

كنيسة القدّيسة صوفيا - زبدين

هي كنيسة صغيرة قائمة على أطراف البلدة. تاريخ بنائها مجهولُ، لكنّ هندستها تشير أنّها تعود للقرون الوسطى. الكنيسة عبارة عن قبو عقدٍ سريريٍّ ينتهي بحنية. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحة للمستشرق البولونيّ بول شلافاك تعود للقرن التاسع عشر.

The church of St Sophia - Zebdine

It is a small church in the village’s vicinity. The date it was built is unknown, yet its architecture is typical for the high middle ages.The church is a crypt with a crib vault ending with an apse. The church holds a painting by the polish orientalist Paul Shlavak.

الكرسيّ البطريركيّ للروم الملكيّين الكاثوليك - الربوة

بُني المقرّ البطريركيّ في الربوة سنة ١٩٧٦ على عهد البطريرك مكسيموس الخامس حكيم. داخل المقرّ كابيلا على اسم القدّيسة حنّة جدّة الإله، والمُميّز في هذه الكنيسة أنّها تحفة فنيّة مكسوّة بالكامل بجداريّات تمثّل مواضيع كتابيّة جمّة وأيقونات قدّيسين. الجداريّات من عمل الإيقونوغرافيّ الرومانيّ كوستيل ميسو سنة ٢٠٠٢.
The Patriarchal residence of the Greek Melkite Catholics - Rabwe

The Patriarchal residence was built in Rabwe in 1976 during the pontificate of Patriarch Maximos V Hakim. Inside the residence lies a chapel dedicated to St Anne, the grandmother of the Lord, which is completely covered with frescoes. The church is the masterpeice of the Romanian iconograpger Costel Micu in 2002. The frescoes represent various biblical scenes and icons of saints.
